Russia has every Right to stand up & oppose the Western Oppressions that it has experienced since USA President Ronald Reagan (June 2, 1987 at Brandenburg Gate) convinced Mikhail Gorbachev to: 'open this gate', 'tear down this wall' – but in opposing the West you are using the wrong weapon, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Through his Brandenburg speech Reagan offered to the Soviet Union a Social Contract, a contract toward freedom & prosperity.

Where four decades ago there was rubble, today in West Berlin there is the greatest industrial output of any city in Germany: busy office blocks, fine homes and apartments, proud avenues, and the spreading lawns of parkland. Where a city's culture seemed to have been destroyed, today there are two great universities, orchestras and an opera, countless theaters, and museums. This Social Contract offered by the West to Russia, through President Reagan, has FAILED

because the West has FAILED Russia ...

…. because the problem is that President Reagan, like ALL Western Leaders had no idea of the underlying Corporate Organised-Crime Fraud scams that were distorting the then prevailing world Order – through which Western Nations were developed/restructured on increasingly defrauded & counterfeited Monies.

It was only some 6 years earlier that UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher began her Privatisation initiative – based upon the prevailing, but false, perception that Private Industry/Commerce made better decisions, hence brought better prospects – but, again, her perceptions were like Reagan's, based upon unawareness of the underlying corpOrgCrime Fraud scams that were initiated in 1963 and metamorphosed into ever-increasingly complexed 'mathematised & scientised' scams.

This is not to diminish the inherent positivity of Western Nations to uplift themselves & the World, but it was achieved with a MASSIVE advantage of fraudulent finance, all of which was increasingly detrimental to under-developed & emerging Nations, and now to the developed Nations.

These Fraud scams were Masterminded in South Africa by a Chartered Accountant, Donald Gordon, who initiated Liberty Life in 1963 to defraud people out of Pensions, and later all forms of investments & insurances, from pre-conception, through life and far beyond death. These Fraud scams were emulated by smaller players such as Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Alan Sugar, and with full assistance/complicity by Intentional Auditing firms PWC, E&Y, Grant Thornton, Deloittes, KPMG, …....... & others. Newcomer Elon Musk: whilst it is not known whether underlying frauds are behind his 'success', Musk nevertheless has 'successfully' manipulated the super-saturated MoneyBase&Supply to his advantage (not unlike those who took advantage of dispossessed Christians & Jews in Nazi Germany)

Branson's high-profile is largely what duped Thatcher into Privatisation, which policy swept like an unwitting plague throughout the World.

It was/is a unique Fraud phenomena which far surpassed anything & everything prior – and was able to be accelerated exponentially solely by the development of the internet & trading.

Your predecessor President Boris Yeltsin was awestruck by the economic freedoms in the USA & Europe but had no idea as to how this was so, as was Reagan & Thatcher, and the whole World, barring the corpOrgCrime criminals.

It was some 32 years later in 2003 that my Research exposed the mechanisms of the Fraud scams, by which time it had become globalised (see links below) – the evidence was adjudicated by an ex SA Central (Reserve) Bank Governor Dr Chris Stals & 2 Academics, the data was self verifiable.

BUT, the particular fraud mechanism had become far more sophisticated & widespread - it infected/plagued ALL spheres of societies around the World.

It eventually led to the SUPER-SATURATION of Global MoneyBase&Supply, and finally to the SubPrime implosion & financial collapse in 2008, and the ongoing chaos of today.

SubPrime was simply a crash sale price of borrowed money because of the SUPER-SATURATION of MoneyBase&Supply globally.

A destructive consequence upon the World, of the decades of Fraud scams, was that developing Nations, and new emerging Nations, as was Russia in opening itself up after the WallFall, were helpless & unwitting victims to Western corpOrgCrime criminals exploiting these Nations so as to enrich themselves.

It is why Western corpOrgCrime criminals were able to establish within Russia, and for Russian Oligarchs to emerge – all at Russia's expense.

Whilst you as a new Leader , in various Offices of Prime Minister & President, sought ways to oppose the rise of Oligarchs and the negative consequences of the Fraud scams, then not recognised hence not understood, it is understandable that extreme frustrations brought about 'solutions' to you that did not meet favour with the Western World – and progressively Russia and the West become increasingly polarised.

BUT, even before positions became polarised the evidence of the Fraud scams was made Public, and specifically I hand-delivered to PM Tony Blair's No.10 mail office in London in December of 2004.

And subsequently by email to all the Prime Ministers to date, and to successive UK Parliaments.

They have ALL covered-up – and today, contenders for No.10, Keir Starmer, Rishi Sunak & other Party Leaders purposefully block my Research – they close themselves to the realities that Western corporates are behind the chaos caused by the Fraud scams – and to the reality that the source of your frustration & anger is rooted in these Frauds scams, which are in fact Crimes Against Humanity, if not Treasons.

This, despite the World recognising the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the call to prevent Crimes Against Humanity, or the UDHR Preamble Right of oppressed Peoples to 'take up arms' against oppressors.

SO, the clear FAILINGS of Western Governments does FULLY JUSTIFY you taking up arms against the West.

BUT, in 'taking up arms' one should use the most EFFECTIVE arms for the prevailing circumstance at any&all stages of conflict, and the use of arms must be proportionate.

YOU, Mr President, are FAILING to apply this CORE PRINCIPLE of warfare – and so, with the current chaos in Ukraine & elsewheres in the World since you invaded Ukraine, you have created a destructive circumstance such that a military win outcome for you, in the remote likelihood that a win for you could materialise, can only result in a LOSE - simply because of the extent of the destruction both within & without Russia that will occur.

Taking strength through an axis of BRICS is a false sense of security – because BRICS is a governmental based structure, it is not culturally based, it does not have popular support – this is self-evident with the vastly diminished support that both India & South Africa have just experienced with Modi & Ramaphosa no longer holding majority Parliament power. And even if they had retained majority that majority would quickly dwindle as the false hopes of BRICS failed, as it surely will do - and even more rapidly the moment Nuclear weapons were used – because, like the West's corpOrgCrime, BRICS is based on Power Abuse, different forms of power but both abusive – because of the wrong weapon, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

That is why a constructive initiative is required – and you have the perfect opportunity to lead the World in a Justice transformation to overcome those Power abuses.

The aforegoing is a simplistic overview of decades of extremely complex globalised Fraud scams and the consequences therefrom, to which you have reacted, understandably so, but wrongly so, with the wrong weapon, in the wrong place, at the wrong time – hence the remote possibility of a win/LOSE outcome, but the greater likelihood of a LOSE/LOSE outcome for you & ALL of BRICS.

(And the decades of complex scams derives from centuries of bogus 'science' – stemming from Newton's theft, 350 years ago, of Intellectual Property of Opticks - which is why Newton's Opticks book is WRONG!, because Newton did not understand that which he stole – and is why the World has gone far off-track into deep-space science fiction)

SURELY, a WIN-WIN scenario is a far better outcome for you?

the ONLY way to achieve a WIN/WIN is by using the

CORRECT WEAPON, in the CORRECT PLACE at the CORRECT TIME

Your present use of HOTWAR weapons are

TOTALLY the WRONG WEAPON, in the WRONG PLACE at the WRONG TIME

Also, one needs to CORRECTLY IDENTIFY FOE from FRIEND

Western Governments/Nations are NOT your FOE, they are your FRIEND

(as long as you use the CORRECT WEAPON)

CORRECT WEAPON, in the CORRECT PLACE at the CORRECT TIME

In acknowledging the Right to 'take up arms' the UDHR means using the correct weapon, in the correct place at the correct time.

The very first Weapon to use is that of Diplomacy. It is clear that you have attempted this route on many occasions but were rebuffed.

The second Weapon to use is that of the International Courts (if not also European Courts specifically concerning EU/Russia issues) – this you have NOT done.

So, it is proposed that you take up this CORRECT WEAPON (Justice Process), in the CORRECT PLACE (International/EU Courts), at the CORRECT TIME (NOW!) and raise the evidence of the underlying Fraud scams that have devastated your Country, and previous USSR States that are now within the EU & those remaining without, and also devastated the numerous under-developed & emerging Nations elsewheres.

In short, Western Nations are in breach of the Social Contract that ALL Western Nations entered into through their acceptance of President Reagan's Brandenburg Speech, and to which offer Russia accepted in good faith

Thus, the correct weapon, in the correct place at the correct time is an application to the International Court of Justice and a complaint to the International Criminal Court & its ICC Prosecutor over the breach of Social Contract given by Western Nations, and against the corpOrgCrime criminals.

(Ditto to EU Courts)

BUT, to do this you must first withdraw ALL military & materiel from without Russia territory to within Russia borders and cease ALL HOTWAR actions (the West, nor Ukraine, will follow across their borders) – this is necessary because one cannot engage a Lawful Justice Process whilst engaging in the unlawful, premature 'take up of arms' in hotwar – even though there are very good defence arguments for past actions, which International (& EU) Courts would understand, and recognise such past actions as being under the Right as per UDHR (even though unwittingly wrongly engaged)

It is essential that Western Nations are COMPELLED by the International (& EU) Courts to correctly engage with the Social Contract they offered to Russia and which Russia accepted, on the basis that the offer was genuine, which it was, but unwittingly the West, at the time of offer, was unaware of the underlying scams which has caused the failure of that Social Contract.

And for a concerted action against ALL corpOrgCrime criminals that have brought CHAOS upon the World.

Through such processes it would be easy for Russia to establish fair social, commercial, industrial & resources grounds between Russia and past USSR States & Western Nations, and similarly for ALL Nations –> A Constructive, New World-Order, in which the polarisations between West & BRICS rapidly diminish & fade away.
