I request Condonation for late filing of this Opinion re: ICJ Order 2024, 30 May, General List, No. 187 , 'Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change' (CC) - it has only come to my attention despite various ICJ staff knowing that I have submitted over many years many relevant papers to the ICJ concerning CC and on other pressing Socio-Economic Engineering & Physics Engineering issues that is affecting Nations globally.
My submission is brief as I refer much to publicly available papers at my website.
This submission is drafted in a short time but arguments can be expanded in presentation to ICJ
Climate Change issues (is minor compared to Global Chaos through corporate Organised Crime):
Climate Change and Pollution has for long been linked on the basis that 'scientific' evidence 'proves' that Pollution is the CAUSE (or primary Cause) of Climate Change.
Climate is ALWAYS changing and has done so since the Universe began (whenever, wherever, however)
The 'scientific' evidence upon which the link between Pollution & CC has been claimed has been amply publicised by: The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - https://unfccc.int AND The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC - https://www.ipcc.ch ) and with many years/decades of Public hearings.
This subject of Climate Change, and its implied cause (Pollution) has gained MASSIVE INTELLECTUAL MOMENTUM, the more so as the changing climate has brought much devastation to many Peoples in many parts of the World. From extremes: droughts, fires, floods, tornados, volcanoes, tsunamis, …. to presently mild change such as Ireland's 2 year absence of a decent summer.
Nevertheless these natural (even though claimed man-influenced) tragedies have reinforced the link of Pollution to Climate change, and the perception that the 1st World must bear much, most of the blame for the pollution that is claimed to be driving the CC.
And much of the devastation is being felt by minor (in size, not importance) Nations – and being minor in size have little resources by which to recover
The ICJ is rightly, but for the wrong reasons, attempting to balance the Social Injustices resulting from the devastations of these CC events.
As per the ICJ links above, NUMEROUS submissions have been presented by NUMEROUS Nations – and ALL are premised, falsely so, upon the IPCC's, and by close links, the UNFCCC's incorrect 'scientific' evidence, insofar as the observed changes to climate that produce the observed & measured evidence.
It is a trite fact that CORRELATION DOES NOT, in&of itself, PROVE CAUSE/EFFECT
One has to be EXTREMELY careful to ascertain that the correlation is correct AND that the one DIRECTLY (or near directly) CAUSES the EFFECT.
This mean also that one must verify the underlying Science that links ALL the Factors of the CAUSE to ALL the factors of the EFFECT.
If even one Factor is incorrectly linked then the ENTIRE Causal Chain has ZERO validity from that point onwards – and if the erroneous Factor is at the very beginning of the chain, then the entire Chain is INVALID.
IPCC, UN, ICJ staff, Courts in UK, SA, USA, ROI, Canada, Australia, NZ, ….. have ALL been regularly informed that fundamental science is wrong – vis: Opticks (wrongly attributed to Newton) are WRONG!!! (see later)
Pollution – a MASSIVE problem needing FAIL-SAFE action:
Again, whilst there is correlation of pollution to climate change, it does NOT prove CAUSE → EFFECT.
Nevertheless good Engineering practice compels FAIL-SAFE action – the World is doing far too little to combat this MASSIVE POLLUTION PROBLEM despite the (unproved) claim that it is causing Climate Change

It only requires a simple 3x60degree prism to recognise this – by orienting to obtain a rainbow pattern, moving the prism toward the rainbow and observing that the rainbow splits out into two distinctly separate patterns of red-orange-yellow (roy) and violet-indigo-blue (vib) at opposite apex points – thus Opticks are WRONG!!!
Light is NOT frequency based but arc-angle related – thus Edwin Hubble was WRONG to use Doppler to argue red-shift of galaxies meant expanding universe – the corollary of an originating point viz.: BigBang is also WRONG!!!.
Light does NOT 'travel' it propagates through space, across an ether.
Light does NOT refract, nor diffract.
These & other observations PROVE that the Opticks book (wrongly attributed to Newton) are WRONG!!! - but the errors in the book cannot be used (insofar as I can presently determine) that Newton stole the Intellectual Property (IP). The theft of the IP can only be ascertained by recognising the hidden clues within the sketch diagram, initialled IE or JE (see Fast-Track links on HomePage)
If Newton had originated the sketch diagram, and by induction the IP, then the Opticks book he published would have CORRECTLY portrayed how Light behaves – but the Opticks book does NOT because Newton did not UNDERSTAND the sketch diagram, hence did not detect the hidden clue/s – thus Newton stole the IP.
BUT, one does not need to know or recognise the hidden clue(s), one only needs to recognise that the Light patterns roy&vib are distinctly separate & function completely DIFFERENTLY from that as taught by Academia for some 350 years.
It is this FUNDAMENTAL ERROR which is at the START of the false 'science' Chain behind the Pollution/ClimateChange claim – thus proving that there is NO evidence to support the claim that pollution causes climate change.
The 'science' of Universal Gravity explaining how planets & sun (solar) systems function is also incorrect. Gravity does NOT explain Synchronous Rotation & Orbit of Planets about the Sun – ONLY multi-phase Power from the Sun (Super-Generator/Alternator) powering Planets (Super-Motors) does this – and we can infer this from the multiphase displacement of Light.
Thus fluctuations of multi-phase Power from the Sun is what also causes the Earth's core action to vary and thus affect volcanic & plate-shift actions, of which we presently see a marked increase in these events and to a greater degree – but conveniently ignored by climate 'scientists'.
Regardless of the aforegoing the fact remains that Climate is Changing and causing devastations to the World.
BUT, corporate Organised Crime (corpOrgCrime) is doing much more damage, and is the Cause of Socio-Economic instability, globally – and hence of difficulties for 1st World Nations in helping minor Nations to develop, not only to recover from CC devastations.
It is a travesty that every child (every person) in the World does not have a simple 3x60degree prism
at the very least, every school should have one.
Socio-Economy Engineering:
From a purely Socio-Economic aspect, the chaos caused by Climate Change is minor compared to the past 6 decades of increasing corporate Organised Crime that has progressively SUPER-SATURATED the global Money Base&Supply.
One has to answer the question 'where/how did all this money come from?' - in eight decades from a WWI&II devastated World we see a small minority holding/controlling the vast majority of Money and criminally destabilising the World (see Dynamics of Population/Wealth Characteristic, Vacuum Hose effect) =>
THIS IS A PROVEN, DIRECT MAN-MADE CAUSE/EFFECT CHAIN
TREASONS/CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
Crime will always be present, so too by collectives (→ corporates), and as the corporates get bigger it becomes more organised → corporate Organised Crime (corpOrgCrime).
The globalisation of corpOrgCrime has a modern history from its known conception in late 1950s & inception in 1963 by SA's Donald Gordon who launched Liberty Life with the intent of defrauding Society in SA, and later the World (see Mechanics of Pensions Frauds & Mastermind papers, lhs panel)
It is contended that Population Increase is linked to increase of Global Disparities, which is driven by corpOrgCrime, which has SUPER-SATURATED global MoneyBase&Supply with counterfeit/defrauded Money – thus Money is in the wrong hands, in the wrong places, doing the wrong things – thus, people having nothing better to do produce more people
i.e. Poverty drives Population Increase
The ICJ & ICC have know of these issues since 2006 when the Deponent presented to the United Nations Office of Drugs & Crime convention in Pretoria mid-2006, and since has kept the UN, ICJ, ICC & National Governments/Parliaments & Justices systems regularly informed & updated
It is this modern phenomena of global corpOrgCrime that has destabilised & polarised the World.
It is this phenomena that needs to be properly understood so as to dismantle & stabilise the World – for if prompt action is NOT taken then the probability of World War increases – for the East has increasingly less reason to trust the West – and by association, less trust of the International Courts of Justice - which derives from the United Nations based in West, New York (USA) – thus the International Courts are Western, NOT International – THIS NEEDS URGENT CHANGE.
Corporate Governance – first line of defence for corpOrgCrime criminals:
Mervyn King (King Reports on Corporate Governance I-IV) is the Mastermind behind this concept – as a first line of defence to protect corpOrgCrime criminals.
King is an ex-High Court judge (Johannesburg) who saw lucrative returns by protecting criminals.
King was, in SA, Chairman of Brait Bank (Luxembourg) & Automobile association of South Africa.
King defrauded AASA out of the F1 racetrack at Kyalami (see link below)
King was intimately involved with ALL major players in SA's Financial Services Industry and later globally, until exposed by the Deponent.
Corporate Governance is now widely used globally by corporates, including Tech/Mobile/Host companies, to instil oppressive & fraudulent Socio-Economic models upon the World.
Industry Regulators are criminally derelict, TOTALLY INCOMPETENT – and cite CorpGov as grounds for doing NOTHING - which is why, for e.g. Elon Musk could perpetrate a global Crime Against Humanity by preventing Pres. Zelensky from using tech network (wrongly) controlled by Musk to defend Ukraine – A Crime Against Humanity, if not a Treason.
The fact that anyone can have worldwide control over a Social platform is a CRIME/TREASON AGAINST HUMANITY itself – ditto: Bill Gates, …....
ICC & ICJ – failing to instil International Justice:
The media is informing of the ICC investigating War Crimes in Ukraine & Mid-East – but NOTHING is done about the corpOrgCrime criminals that have CAUSED the gross disparities – hence driving the conflicts.

Polarisation between West & East will leave major Nations such as New Zealand, Australia, South Africa (& Africa in toto) in the East – Parliaments/Governments of these Nations seem oblivious to the dangers and isolate themselves from Reasoned Thinkings – mainly because they no longer believe the media trash spewed out by mainstream through media-prostitutes from the West – media presenters, especially of news, have become prostitutes because the corporate executives, controlled by Finance Powers, have manipulated them into being dishonest (e.g. BBC's Huw Edwards, Skynews' Kay Burley, Ian King, …...., ................., ............., ............... )
The ONLY way to solve this potential of divide is for the International Courts of Justice to promptly address the corpOrgCrime criminals
corpOrgCrime Criminals & Crimes:
These include but not limited to:
Donald Gordon (late) & his 'empire: Liberty Life & therefrom, Richard Branson, Alan Sugar, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Mervyn King (King of corporate governance), Mervyn King (ex-Bank of England Governor)
International Auditors: PwC, E&Y, GT, Deloittes, KPMG, Arthur Andersen,
& others to be identified.
It requires careful thought & planning to dismantle these criminal structures so as to ensure Socio-Economic stability is maintained – hamfisted policing will wreak far worse havoc.
Conclusion:
International Justice has never been present – it needs to engage Catch-Up – IMMEDIATELY
Focussing on a minor CC issue ignores the far greater Socio-Economic problems that are driving global conflict
