Re: National Sustainability Summit (NSS) 2015 – Aviva Stadium, November 3, 2015 – Assault & insults by Aviva Stadium staff thugs with complicity by RTE News.
I demand that Garda/Police investigate & charge Ronan Meagher and 2 other Aviva staff members who repeatedly assaulted & insulted me at yesterday's NSS summit; & RTE News Paul Cunningham (for complicity).
I record that I attended the NSS summit – I had requested a slot to present crucial evidence in relation to macro socio-economy & physics issues pertaining to climate change & to economy stability but was ignored by the organisers.
It became apparent from viewing the programme that RTE News media was to chair the summit and that the density of speakers purposefully precluded open engagement – hence the nett thrust was that (mainly) Ireland business community & intellectuals, many of whom are highly qualified engineering professionals, were to be thought-policed by unqualified RTE news presenter, and one that purposefully lies to the nation & world.
Just prior to the French Ambassador presenting I asked whether there was to be open engagement or whether it was to be 1-way communication/brainwashing. Strangely the French Ambassador spoke on behalf of an Ireland event (?????) and stated that open engagement was to be encouraged.
At some point, RTE News Editor, Paul Cunningham qualified that Q&A would be permitted. I pointed out Qs presumed that what went before was worthy of a Q rather than a rebuttal.
After the Ambassadors address – in truth an unqualified regurgitation of the unproven 'Pollution drives Climate Change' – I began explaining that Natural factors driving Climate Change (CC) had not been quantified and also explained that Einstein through to CERN were wrong because Opticks were wrong – Cunningham, & the Ambassador both began haranguing me but I persisted in pressing the point that the world was being misled.
A female Aviva (?) employee came up and also began haranguing me – after I repeatedly protested she left, a short while later a person (late identified as Ronan Meagher) began haranguing me and putting his hands on me repeatedly despite my telling him to take his hands off. A gentleman sitting next to me repeatedly asked RM to keep quiet to which RM stated he would come back late.
During the coffee break I was talking to the gentleman next to me when RM reappeared and began haranguing again – both myself & the gentleman objected to RM's harassment but then RM was joined by two Aviva heavies who both began invading my reasonable space, physically assaulting me & insulting me and behaving like nazi thugs. The gentleman became concerned because RM was totally abusive & unreasonable.
Despite my repeatedly trying to get away from the thugs they kept coming after me. I eventually returned to my seat where they then took my possessions and demanded I leave. They had repeatedly threatened to call the garda and I demanded that they did so.
Eventually a 3rd Aviva employee arrived and whilst his presence wrongly insulted me he nevertheless behaved politely; whilst the others went off.
In between I complained to RTE News PC but he was not interested, it being clear that he was in collusion/complicity with Aviva thugs to suppress any open engagement. Cunningham in accepting the position of Chair, given to him by Aviva, had legal responsibility to all attendees – Cunningham was criminally derelict in refusing to stop the unwarranted assaults upon me by Aviva thugs.
(I point out to you Commissioner O Sullivan, that your failure, your dereliction, to address the thuggery, dishonesty, cronyism & fraud by Royal Irish Academy and RDS, and turning a blind-eye to Chief Justice Denham's & Justice Hardiman's complicity with RIA dishonesty & fraud is prostituting the entire Justice system and reducing Courts to whorehouses, in which people are wrongly convicted based upon defective forensic science – you refuse to allow me access to forensic Laboratory to verify aspects of Forensic Science that are in serous doubt because Opticks are wrong)
I demand that you investigate & charge RM & 2 others for their criminal assaults (I also reiterate that you investigate & charge Eircom & UPC employees/directors responsible for the unlawful/criminal destruction/obstruction of my email communications)
It is clear that Aviva Stadium & Aviva PLC intentionally sought to present biased information, to obstruct any constructive engagement because Aviva is very much built upon fraud scams - Aviva being strongly influenced/directed by Price Waterhouse Coopers who are international criminals engaged in global corporate frauds (along with the other major international auditing companies)
The NSS was simply one of many deception strategies of general corporate organised crime.
The socio-economic chaos is DIRECTLY attributable to corporate organised crime which aggregates to global Economy Terrorism.
Not ONE of the presenting companies, including major ones such as GSK (represented by a VP, Joe Power), had courage to oppose Aviva's nazi thuggery – clear evidence of the blatant power financial organisations abusively wield. And GSK is also audited/influence/directed by Price Waterhouse Coopers – clear collusion.
And, although RTE is audited by KPMG, the fact is that ALL international auditors were/are deeply entrenched in decades of globalising pension/investment frauds – and playing 'musical chairs' as smoke screens.
It is also important to recognise that PWC, and all international auditors, are in violation of their legal 'independence' requirement, and their undertaking as to being Independent Auditors – Not only are auditors to be independent of the audited company/entity, but also independent from other industry or ownership links between one company and another irrespective of its hierarchical position within a corporation – that is why it is unlawful for Chartered Accountants to have international or extensive national connections – and why it is imperative that you as Garda Commissioner properly investigate & charge international auditing companies, and for government to compel unbundling of these unlawful auditing entities. There is no need for international or extensive national connections between independent auditors.
But, the vary fact that there are these long standing & fraudulent connections …....
…..... explains why Ireland is once again enslaved under Economy Terrorism -> corporate organised crime instead of colonial oppression (but largely driven by London's fraudulent money-machine stock-markets); and ditto the economic chaos globally
It is also a gross Governance violation for a corporation to knowingly engage auditors that are not truly independent.
