I would like to apologise to the President Higgins, Taoiseach Kenny, Ch Justice Denham & J Hardiman, GC O'Sullivan for my last mail (now deleted)
However, my apology is for the manner, not the import, of my statement - in which I stated a reality – that government leaders are negligently FAILING in their duties.
The horrors of the Paris attack cut deep over the weekend, personally – the more so after the French Ambassador's appalling behaviour at Aviva Stadium 'National Sustainability Summit' (Nov 4), and the appalling thuggery by Aviva Staff, and thuggery by Garda at RIA (Nov 10)
Eircom are once again unlawfully blocking my email addresses – which alone is justification under UDHR preamble for any&every person to take up arms, because of the gross failings of Justice & Police to actively uphold the right of legitimate communication & right to not be discriminated against – Eircom's stance is exactly because I am opposing their corporate (& other corporates') blatant criminality – Eircom is intent on continuing with their criminal activity which aids&abets corporate Organised Crime aggregating to global Economy Terrorism – Eircom are part of a global corporate Terrorist/Fundamentalist organisation – and Terrorism justifies armed opposition (as per UDHR).
BUT, as Christians we are not able to take up such a course of action.

If Garda Anthony Golden (tragically killed on duty at a domestic incident, gunman then shot himself) behaved even as half the thug that Garda Brendan Folan (B506, Pearse St) behaved last night then it is not difficult to understand why a domestic incident became tragic.
The responsibility for this is not with the gunman but the Garda Commissioner and Justices such as Adrian Hardiman & Susan Denham – both dishonest members of the Royal Irish Academy who actively suppresses/oppresses new science, and in turn prostitute the Justice system.
Garda Folan, despite repeated objections, refused to uphold the Garda's 'Professional Values & Ethical Standards' – Folan failed to protect against RIA's unlawful discrimination by wrongly stating it was a civil issue – Folan became aggressive and despite my talking politely on the pavement was clearly threatening unwarranted force.
Folan, and Golden, and all Garda, are not properly trained in understanding the real import of Human Rights, especially those against Discrimination (as perpetrated by RIA) – the fault for this rests FULLY with O'Sullivan.
The responsibility for the ongoing & total corruption of the Justice System rests with Denham & Hardiman, which explains why Judges are in collusion with corporate criminals.
And President Higgins is complicit with all this.
And so too is Taoiseach Enda Kenny who, now realising that his economy 'quick-fix' is not sustainable, is bailing out with a comfortable retirement pension to avoid future flak.
Others who have objected to the circulation of this issue were active presenters at the National Sustainability Summit/Aviva event. All were presenting a 'self-interest' (dog-eat-dog) approach – which cannot possibly attain stability, let alone sustainability. But, it was never Aviva's intention to present sustainable issues.
Ireland is using similar oppressions on other nations as was historically oppressed on them, and for centuries – a cancer erodes, with no solutions forthcoming because Denham, Hardiman, O'Sullivan, Higgins, Kenny oppressively suppress socio-economy & physics engineering.

The email from RIA (Laura Mahoney) threatens further unlawful discriminations by RIA against me.
I am concerned that various RIA Members/Staff will unlawfully assault/insult me this evening at a programmed RIA Discourse; or that the RIA will unlawfully present false information to Garda thugs so as to effect assaults/insults upon me in their stead.
I draw your attention to the tragic killing of a Garda officer a few weeks ago – at a domestic(?) incident.
The tragedy occurred for a number of reasons (not exhaustive):

the Garda Executive are wrongly protecting corporate criminals that are waging global Organised Crime aggregating to Economy Terrorism, which is causal of economic chaos internationally/nationally/locally.

Societies/Families are extremely stressed & hence short-tempered

Garda officers 'on the beat' are presenting as thugs because they feel the need to be more aggressive in light of the increased social unrest & perceived dangers.
These are simple dynamics of a downward spiralling socio-economy situation – in other words the tragic death was just one tragedy in a chain of tragedies that have affected multiple families/communities – and all because you, as commissioner, are wrongly protecting corporate criminals.
And Justices are colluding by aiding corporate criminals (High Court Judge awarding Receivership of Clerys to Price Waterhouse Coopers; UK Judge awarding receivership of steel plant to PWC – both in the past few months; ex-SA High Court Judge Mervyn King, King of CorpGov, providing mastermind inputs)
I urge you once again to properly investigate & charge RIA persons for past assaults/insults upon me, to ensure that your Garda officers are not mis- or dis-informed by RIA into acting unlawfully by discriminatory obstruction to my right to attend this evening's RIA Discourse.

Daly – the points I have raised herein are not exhaustive against the RIA's baseless letter, but are more than sufficient to warn you to cease & desist from your wicked behaviour.
The import of RIA's baseless letter & the Admissions Policy is a feeble attempt by you to contract out of Human Rights as per Law/Constitution/ECHR/UDHR – and an attempt to arbitrarily discriminate against me based upon unwarranted malicious anger from you & your cronies towards me. This will be opposed.
I point out once again that nearly all RIA Members are paid from taxpayers' monies, the RIA has largely been funded by taxpayers' monies, the RIA are instrumental (directly and/or indirectly) for the distribution of over multiple Billion Euros of Euroland taxpayers' monies into research – and fraudulently so because the 'rules' are purposefully designed to ignore open, merit based award, and to allow for biased awards to other less deserving people – and which people will only get awards if they kiss-a**se of RIA member cronies.
This disgraceful state will be opposed.
Every taxpayer has the right to know what is going on within the walls of the RIA and within the mindsets of RIA Members (through their 'works') AND the RIGHT to CONSTRUCTIVELY challenge such works in open engagement; which open engagement is conducted through various & numerous discourses/lectures/seminars/etc.
However the RIA is closed-shop - for centuries the RIA has been run as a think-tank for Academics who have become rogues/cronies – establishing any manner of obscure theories to suit whatever needs their whims might crave, or by fraudulent inducements by other forces.
In terms of Science & Economics the RIA upholds numerous bogus sci-fi theories – how much more then can obscure 'humanities' be open to abusive manipulations.
The RIA's baseless letter (below) is entirely false.
Whenever reasonable, constructive people chair events at the RIA there has NEVER been a problem – RIA Librarian Siobhan Fitzpatrick has been chairing many lunchtime lectures and has always been extremely polite & welcoming of engagement. And so too with some others.
I also point out that shortly after the afternoon session by Prof Chatterjee, the Q&A of which you abusively chaired, I attended the inaugural John Bell lecture at TCD Burke Hall, Eric Ladizinsky - this was chaired by Tom Brazil who has also been polite, and consequently my statements were made politely – however Tom Brazil does not have the courage to admit that Opticks & theories therefrom are incorrect.
But, there is a large core of cronies within RIA that are hostile toward me simply because I have blown their (& Academia's) bogus theories sky-high.
This includes yourself, past Presidents Luke Drury & Nicholas Canny, and various other members including Eugene Kennedy, Frances Ruane and many others, as well as outsiders who are invited to chair.
In addition, the RIA repeatedly allow an unqualified dishonest media reporter Dick Ahlstrom to chair events – thus allowing the Irish Times to wrongly influence & corrupt the RIA & Academia.
I also point out that various people have approached me after a tirade/attack by RIA upon me and stated their disgust at RIA, and I have had eye communication from some polite members who indicate they are also disgusted with RIA's abusive behaviour.
I can assure you that anyone & everyone is fully entitled to oppose your & RIA's dishonesty, cronyism & corruption that abounds within RIA. I caution you – it would not be unreasonable to find one day that the entire RIA Academy house is purposefully burnt down/blown up – it truly has long-been a cesspit of corruption. The RIA's Charter & Admissions Policy violates Law, Constitution, ECHR & UDHR and consequently cannot be enforced.
RIA cannot purposefully obstruct constructive engagement as you sought to do on Thursday last – that is why I was entitled to object – even Prof Chatterjee was stunned by your disgraceful bad-manners – Chatterjee clearly stated he wanted to hear my comment/question, having travelled over 20,000kms to present his lecture – but you, in your wickedness, was hell-bent on obstructing; ill-manneredly cutting Chatterjee short, leaving him visibly shocked & embarrassed, and you continuing shouting out pathetic arguments that we had to vacate the premises.

The Friday seminar yielded more abuse because the various session chairs allowed much Q&A time to scheduled presenters thus refusing others opportunity.

I will raise valid, constructive points, points-of-order, questions & comments as & when it is necessary – because I am the most appropriately qualified & experienced person, in the physics sciences & engineering and within socio-economy sciences & engineering, that regularly attends RIA events. The fact that I frequently raise question/comments is because what has gone immediately prior is invariably littered with defective reasoning and/or sciences. That I frequently raise Qs/Cs is not justification to exclude me under the false guise of giving others a 'chance', because there is ALWAYS ample time to include my brief Qs/Cs – any attendee is free to quietly leave if necessary, so there is no justification for you to close off sessions whilst constructive engagement continues.
Constructive Academic engagement was the very reason for the creation of the RIA
It is DEFINITELY NOT your prerogative to obstruct open constructive engagement – such moves will be opposed.

I write with reference to the Academy’s events and admission policy, a copy of which is attached for your information.
I note your attendance at recent Academy events on Friday 30 October and again on Thursday 5 November 2015 at Academy House.
On these two occasions you repeatedly failed to follow the instructions of the Chair.
Such behaviour is contrary to our events and admission policy. I am writing to you now to inform you that a repeat incidence of this behaviour will result in your exclusion from the Royal Irish Academy, and any Academy associated events at external locations.
