The increasing economy & political turmoils in EU nations are typified by....
.... the recent UK local elections that saw UKIP's Nigel Farrage taking some 25% of council seats - this 'success' is misinterpreted by media (purposefully so) and causal of ongoing confusion amongst electorates. The 'political' issue of being in EU or out and the immigration from other EU states is wrongly being decided because the defective socio-economy policies of Cameron’s government are at the root of the confusion.
A referendum will not achieve a meaningful result because electorates are misinformed; dishonestly so by government & media.
The issues of immigration & EU status, and other such like issues, are symptoms NOT Causal Factors.
Nigel Farrage's 'success' will not bring constructive reform but more confusion because Farrage also does not understand the socio-economy science issues that are causing the problems.
The local elections are simply a phase of social-confusion being played out.
Certainly Cameron’s Etonian cronies are a massive blockage to reform, but even if cronyism were absent it still requires positive, constructive engagement with Economy Engineering to solve the problems & implement solutions - but this has been long impeded by government dishonesty, consequently the Economy Engineering pioneered by CDADD simply scratches the surface.
But, cronyism is not the right term -> Organised Crime.

Thomas Levenson's book 'Newton & the Counterfeiter' (ISBN 9 780571 229925) portrays Newton as the Hero chasing Chaloner the villain counterfeiter - BUT, nothing can be further from the truth - it is correct to identify Newton as the Villain intent on the judicial murder of Chaloner, the victim.
At the time of Levenson publishing his book (2009), CDADD's R&D that disproved Newton’s Opticks was still 2 years from realisation, nevertheless Levenson's book gives clear insights to Newton's scamming & conniving.
As demonstrated herein, and as can be gleaned from Levenson's book, Newton is a lying, thieving, conniving, dishonest, murdering ........... (fill in your own descriptor) - who, through his dishonesty in stealing Intellectual Property, distorted physics science for some 350 years. And likewise with Economic Science, was instrumental in deflecting attention away from Causal Factors toward symptoms, which reinforced defective economic science - which is behind much of the dynamics of present day Economy Terrorism (falsely guised as free markets, open global economy) and the GEM meltdown
The Royal Society was steered by Newton onto a path of dishonesty of which, today, the Royal Society is unable or unwilling to shed itself.
Major, western, developed nations engage economic policies based upon grossly defective economic science models that oppress the majority other nations throughout the world. That and the global economic meltdown that we are experiencing today all have roots flowing directly or indirectly from Newton's lying & conniving.
Global frustrations & angers have erupted into Fundamentalism and those that justifiably fight back are wrongly tagged as terrorists/fundamentalists; oppressed peoples feel & know things are not right but not why; CDADD's R&D which has developed extensive understandings of 'why' has seeped throughout the world despite the USA's unlawful & oppressive Thought-Policing & criminal obstruction/destruction of cdadd.com and of CDADD's emails (Edward Snowden's revelations confirm the massive scale of USA's criminal activities)
Those angered are now beginning to understand the causes of their anger; their message is changing from fundamentalism (irrational but understandable lashing out) to rational, justified, rightful anger against the major Western nations & the Economy Terrorism that causes their oppressions.
The West should view this significant mind-set shift, from irrational to rational, as a massive POSITIVE step. It means that those who retaliate, those freedom fighters wrongly tagged as terrorists, are open to debate; BUT it also requires the West to change from its oppressive Economy Terrorism that has driven their angers. And that needed change requires constructive Economy Engineering. It requires, partly, understandings of why and, more importantly, how Newton's dishonesty has skewed the world; and, more importantly still, what is needed to put economies onto a constructive course.
The USA & UK should shift their missile targets away from those understandably angered by the West's Economy Terrorism, and towards those causing Economy Terrorism -> vis: the corporates engaged in Organised Crime.

The main thrust of CDADD's R&D is the development of understandings as to why economies go boom/crash, and cause immense disparities around the world.
After graduating in Electrical Engineering at UCT (1980), after having completed 7.5 years in the Royal Navy up to senior Artificer, part-time R&D was directed towards finances/markets/economies.
Around the late 1990s it was clear that Nelson Mandela's and, later, Thabo Mbeki's, policies were not working; it was clear SA was heading for banana-republic status. It was this that prompted a significant step-up in Economy R&D and later the progressive development of Economy Engineering, progressed from the Business Engineering that had been developed.
This R&D led to various issues including:
- the exposure of massive frauds, especially of pension/investment frauds masterminded by Liberty Life's founder Donald Gordon; which was rolled-out globally through a fraudulent process called 'demutualisation'.
- and opposition to fraud scams such as:- Barclays Bank's fraudulent raid on SA's ABSA Bank with the collusion of President Thabo Mbeki, Finance Minister Trevor Manuel & his wife Maria Ramos (ABSA CEO since 2009); AASA Chairman Mervyn King's fraudulent sale of the Formula 1 Kyalami Racetrack; etc.
Nelson Mandela, like Margaret Thatcher, was duped by high-powered Corporates, especially including Richard Branson - 30 years of incarceration had stripped Mandela of any understanding of the world he was released into - it is understandable that he was susceptible to purposeful deceptions. Not so Thabo Mbeki; Mbeki, with Manuel, was scheming scams whilst Deputy President under Mandela.
CDADD opposed gross power abuses, including opposing matters poorly presented by legals to the Constitutional Court, all this inevitably led to much unlawful harassment & power abuses from Government & Corporate Powers, compelling enforced exile in 2006 from SA home barring a couple of suitcases. The vacant home is progressively ransacked, not excluding by wealthy whiteys.
In 2007, it became apparent, from a common sense engineering perspective when viewing various documentaries by Stephen Hawking, that science had gone way off-track into science-fiction. Progressive R&D by CDADD into this area since 2007 led to proofs in 2011 that Newton’s Opticks were wrong (prisms do NOT split out white light, an ether MUST exist, e does not equal m c squared, etc.) and these old theories were wrong because Newton had stolen another person's work. All this physics R&D gave added veracity to CDADD's R&D into economies & pioneering of Economy Engineering.
To obstruct these new science developments, Corporate & Government Powers have unlawfully/criminally destroyed cdadd.com, including by SA diamatrix.co.za (Wayne Diamond) & USA Softlayer.com; CDADD's emails are now regularly blocked/destroyed by Ireland Eircom & UPC, both of which are owned by USA ISPs including LGI.com - i.e. the USA is criminally Thought-Policing the world & invading other Sovereign nations' communications. In late 2012 CDADD's R&D into understanding Economy failures had progressed to reading Skidelsky's biography (1 volume edition) on John Maynard Keynes. A reviewing of Billy Elliott movie caused an interruption and shift to Ian MacGregor's 'The Enemies Within' regarding the 1980s NUM miners strikes (around which Billy Elliot was set) & Thatcher’s war against the union bosses. This was interrupted by a chance find in Dublin's Chapters bookshop of Bill Bryson's 'Seeing Further' (Essays on the Royal Society) which brought clear insights to confused thinkings within RS over the centuries due to the opticks errors by Newton. This was interrupted by another chance find of Thomas Levenson's book 'Newton and the Counterfeiter'.
Levenson's book brought confirmation that much of today's economy problems stem directly from the incorrect focus onto a side-issue, nevertheless a serious issue, of clipping & forging of coinage in England in the 1690s; which took sight away from the REAL issue that should have been addressed, vis: the issue of Economy Systems & Controls. Clipping & forging was a response to grossly inadequate Economy Systems & Controls (which was understandable since knowledge of economies was limited) which kept Britain's (the World's) economies struggling with wide disparities; i.e. the powers were focussed on a symptom (clipping & forging) not the Causal Problems; and, as any doctor will tell you, treating symptoms will not make you better, invariably you would get worse - ditto Economies.
By the end of Levenson's book we learn that the Powers of Newton's time made the decision to shift onto a gold standard - and this is the root of much of today's economy problems - and the numerous hashes & mistakes therefrom over the ensuing 3.5 centuries have clouded the issue of Economy Systems & Controls to the point that, today, any person unqualified, inexperienced, untrained in science, such as mathematicians, can become an instant economist/economics scientist. And get awarded Nobel Prizes for bogus 'science'.
But as we can also see from Levenson and canvassed further on, Newton was entirely dishonest .................. a lying, thieving, conniving, murdering ...................... (fill in your own descriptor)

BBC reminded us, when it broadcast 'The Challenger' docudrama with William Hurt portraying Richard Feynman, that Richard Feynman stood up to Powers by maintaining science integrity. There is little doubt that had Feynman survived to witness the Twin Towers that the truth of implosions would have been properly aired; and invasion of Iraq would not have been justifiable. It is unlikely that if he was confronted with CDADD's R&D, which renders much of his, Feynman's, work incorrect, that he would have kept quiet about it.
It is possible that the cancers that Feynman contracted & from which he died young could have resulted from mistaken belief that by standing behind glass that he was protected from radiation from the Manhattan atomic test - this needs further research but indications are that Newton's erroneous opticks caused mistaken confidence in Feynman's actions in exposing himself. (However, it could also have been that general radiation exposure over the entire project could have been the principal cause - but Hans Bethe lived to around 90)

The GEM Meltdown is worsening & Hot-War is increasingly looming because Economy Engineering is absent. And governments refuse to engage Best Practice and Good Governance (synonymous terms), including within the Commonwealth despite its new Charter, hence governments refuse to engage Economy Engineering - hence GEM worsens. Political instability increases. (There is an inverse relationship between Economy Stability & Political Interference)
It is the rejection of Best Practice and the acceptance of cronyism that permits Organised Crime to manifest, and to which governments provide military support.
We are told that the internet has 'democratised' the world - what twaddling rubbish! - over 90% of the world's population are 'disenfranchised' because they have no disposable income if income at all.
Engineering practice tells us that spending cuts will never 'balance books'; because diminishing income moves the books further from balance, as more & more people fall off the books.
Similarly, a fiscal spend will also not balance books because it is an undefined policy -> a non policy
And both operate within the bounds of an existing economy system that is unbalanceable because it is grossly unstable.
The question is why are economies unbalanceable & unstable - common sense tells us that it is because sensible engineering has NEVER been present in the development of economy structures and its system & controls.
Technology & instant Communications has rapidly moved the world away from guised Imperial Terrorism to the recognition of the underpinning Economy Terrorism, falsely guised as 'constructive' open global economy. The problem is that billions more are far more destitute now than ever before; and because of grossly unfair economy system structures & controls.

Newton and the Counterfeiter.
Levenson's 'Newton and the Counterfeiter' is an excellently written book & worth reading if only for a dramatic real-life multi-crime thriller.
Levenson understandably, but wrongly, portrays Newton as the Hero and William Chaloner as the villain intent on destroying Britain’s Royal Mint in the late 1600s. But, understandably, when Levenson published the book (2009) and with some years of his research prior to that, CDADD's R&D that disproved Newton's Opticks and, more importantly, proved that Newton had stolen the Intellectual Property behind it, and other IP works, this R&D had only come to light in April 2011, some two years after Levenson's excellent book.
The book should be read with the mind clearly focussed on Newton being the Villain and Chaloner the Victim; the victim of an economy so utterly skewed & mismanaged; a victim with significant talent used so as to survive.
Newton was a serial plagiarist! Newton was outright dishonest! And to the extent that he would connive to have people hung.
Whilst one cannot attribute today’s knowledge & understandings onto past generations, Leveson correctly relates numerous power abuses by Newton that pervert the courses of Justice.
Newton was appointed Master of the Royal Mint in the late 1690s because of a serious problem with its coinage being clipped & forged. Levenson sets out the details of this story along with brief biographies on Newton and on his opponent William Chaloner.
Without CDADD's proofs of Newton's dishonesty over the Opticks, Levenson's book amply sets out the appalling abuses Newton employed so as to have Chaloner hung. Levenson also recounts numerous governance violations by Newton pertaining to his research & his Principia (& later Opticks).
With CDADD's proofs the one reinforces the other & vice versa. It confirms that Newton was totally dishonest.
One can readily pick-up from a Colombo or Poirot episode that the sleuths look for that singular piece of evidence that proves a contrived 'accident' or 'suicide' as being a crime - the proof that Newton's Opticks is wrong is seen by looking through a prism and recognising that a prism does not split out white light into the 'rainbow' colours; the proof that he stole the IP rests on understanding the sketch diagram and the 'double prism' that appears, at face value, as a sketching error, but to the person who really derived the research it depicts the two positions for light from 1. a slit and 2. light from direct sun, to form the 'rainbow' patterns.
The sketch is THE singular piece of evidence, the CONCRETE proof that Newton did NOT derive Opticks, that someone else had, and that Newton had stolen that IP.

Regardless of the times in which Newton lived, a person that connives to kill another human is a person who cannot be believed regarding his research - because science is about Truth. CDADD's proofs simply confirms Newton's research dishonesty. Levenson confirms Newton's murdering, lying, conniving traits.
Newton’s destruction of his 'research' records, his failure to have his work vetted, his covert methods, the mysterious materialisation of his Opticks & Principia, ALL from covert activity, all add weight to the proofs of his having stolen the Opticks work, it all confirms that Newton was outright dishonest, and that ALL his 'work' is largely derived from stolen IP.
The breakdowns that Newton experienced can be explained by the stress in trying to achieve that level of science success that his dishonesty had created in the minds of others. He no doubt thought (hoped against hope) that alchemy would bring him that success, but he failed, which explains why he burnt his papers & no doubt other papers he had stolen.
BUT, Newton's FATAL ERROR, the one that Colombo or Poirot would seize upon, was leaving that opticks sketch diagram amongst his papers!
BBC2 broadcasted a new documentary on Newton in their latest series 'Genius of Inventions - Isaac Newton: The Last Magician'.
BBC continue to dishonestly broadcast defective opticks science.
But we learnt that Newton hid much paper work in a trunk & sealed it. JM Keynes purchased some of these papers, which explains why Keynes was strongly misled by these influences, and hence why his economics theories were wrong. But, more still, the BBC2 documentary showed some of those papers - what is most striking is that they are all neat & tidy - not what one would expect from progressive science research:- of untidiness, annotations, corrections, etc. - but, ALL neat & tidy. It clearly indicates that Newton simply transcribed other peoples' works and sealed them for maintaining future aura over his 'intellect'; and burnt those papers he copied from, barring one crucial piece of evidence -> the sketch diagram.
All this is not to say that Newton was not intelligent, even brilliant, but that Levenson clearly demonstrates the sordid convoluted webs of lies & deceptions that Newton tied himself & others into, such that it is impossible to unwind. Levenson wrongly portrays Newton as a hero, but that is because Levenson was not then aware of Newton's dishonesty - that his telling of the story should have rung warning bells for Leveson is a separate issue.
Chaloner merely attempted to survive in oppressive times. One can say the same of Newton. But to murder? To distort science? -> There is no justification for maintaining Newton on a pedestal.
Perhaps units of science should go back to reflecting what they are; and if a tag name be assigned then e.g.: force - F, kF, kg.m/s^2, instead of N, kN.
The Consequences of Newton's dishonesty on Economies - Counterfeiting of global Money
In Levenson's book we are told that attention was drawn to the clipping & forging of coinage, hence away from the Causal Factors of economic despair of those days. The later uncovering of regional price differentials with gold, and it being the cause of silver being sucked out of Europe, is another side issue.
The nett result of these distractions was that England got set on the course of a gold standard, and this mindset (a massively destructive one) drove the World's economies right up to the 1950s when it was abandoned. Keynes and other mathematicians in the early 20th Century, who were budding economists, as a science, were also greatly confused by the gold standard and misunderstood its destructive effects.
However the dropping of the gold standard just so happened to near coincide with the emergence of pensions/investments frauds masterminded by Donald Gordon in South Africa via his Liberty Life in early 1960s, and globalised from the 1970s onwards through a fraudulent process called 'demutualisation'.
Donald Gordon's masterminding of fraud scams in the global pensions/investments industry became a source of paper money (not bank notes, but pure paper contract documents) and soon thereafter with computerisation, bits&bytes money. Gordon's siphoning-off of capital & siphoning-off of the corresponding monthly injections from investors (because it would never be paid out, ever) allowed Gordon to double-account, thus artificially increasing Money Base & Supply. Globalisation of these frauds through 'demutualisation' processes artificially increased global Money Base & Supply. Secretive tax-havens allowed for further multiple-accounting, thus artificially inflating global Money Supply further still.
This was the Causal Factor behind the progressive, gradual, forward flooding of global Money over some 5 decades which grossly skewed economies & induced slave-labour into underdeveloped nations; it was the massively destructive Tsunami backwash, when economies crashed c2008, that caused the present crises within developed nations; the sub-prime issue was a symptom not the cause.
In effect, the artificial double/multiple-accounting was 'identical' to Chaloner forging, counterfeiting coins. Donald Gordon had initiated a global counterfeiting operation far, far, far beyond Chaloner's wildest dreams.
Raymond Ackerman (SA Pick n Pay), Richard Branson (Virgin), Warren Buffet (Berkshire Hathaway, etc.), Alan Sugar (Amstrad) are just a few of those crooks that took up similar counterfeiting scams to accelerate their businesses, consciously defrauding. This is why Margaret Thatcher's policies failed.
These crooks are unlawfully protected by corrupt justice systems whilst others are thrown into jail for merely trying to survive the ravages of an economic meltdown caused by these fraud scams.
Churning & Siphoning of stock markets are another form of counterfeiting.
The Corporates of major western nations are still actively engaged in Counterfeiting of money.
China is copy-catting this counterfeiting, we can see the gross skewing of China’s economy towards centralised over-population, into mega-metropoli, which creates far worse socio-economic conditions due to high wealth for a few & mass disparity for the many. Much as occurred in Ireland & Russia, even though on a smaller scale.
The world is becoming increasingly unstable as bogus money competes with other bogus monies.
Bail out injections have simply been vacuumed up by crooks & the world is still awash with much artificial money.
It requires Professional Engineering to develop real grass-roots solutions; to counter the grossly defective science that has skewed nations, the world, for 350 years stemming directly from Isaac Newton's dishonesty.
Commonwealth Charter - a violation of the UDHR
Heads-of-State are advised by Privy Councils; these create the impression of independence from Government & its leaders; but nothing can be further from the truth, because governments control/influence Privy Councils.
That UK drew up a new Commonwealth Charter was motivated by CDADD's R&D. A cursory read of the Commonwealth Charter (CWC) identifies terms & clauses that addresses various & numerous issues raised by CDADD in numerous research papers.
In short, CDADD's Intellectual Property was stolen by UK & other governments.
BUT, David Cameron's government (& Gordon Brown's, & Tony Blair's) have never understood the Engineering behind the statements that were stolen from CDADD. And for that reason the new CWC is wrongly structured, such that the CWC presents as gross violations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
It also contravenes its own Charter Principles, not only because its existence stems from IP theft, but that its construction was devoid of constructive engineering, and it was not open to public input and acceptance. It was imposed, unlawfully so. Contrast to the openness of SA's Constitution (the fact that it is now emasculated is beside the point).
Some FATAL FLAWS (by no means exhaustive) with CWC Charter:
- The opening paragraph recognises 'unprecedented threats to security' but ignores that the Causal Factor is the unfair Economic policies behind corporate Organised Crime that materialise as Economy Terrorism, which drives disparities which drives the anger that destabilises security.
- CWC Article II (CWC II) acknowledges the UDHR. The UDHR attempts to bring nations together in unity. - The CWC attempts to create an oligopoly of a select few nations with especial privileges, arrangements, agreements over & above all other nations - all of which counters the UDHR.
- CWC II (second last sentence) 'We note that these rights are universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated and cannot be implemented selectively.' This effectively is an unlawful opt-out of the UDHR (which violates UDHR Article 30, which prohibits any attempt to reduce any of the UDHR Articles). This CWC II Article is useful for governments in avoiding compulsion to research the necessary measures (the engineering aspects) to attain understandings which must first be achieved before any economy engineering design work can be done to achieve that implementation - and this is done by ignoring new science which would compel compliance & successful implementation on a non-selective basis. i.e. purposefully turning deaf-ears & blind-eyes away from the real issues.
- CWC III condemns terrorism -> but UK governments impose Economy Terrorism
- CWC VII acknowledges 'the rule of law', but the 'law' that is legislated is purposefully fraught with 'blackholes' that are designed to defeat 'just law' and which then creates 'unjust law'
- CWC XV - recognises the need to help poor nations, but every action by UK government obstructs new Economy Engineering that is pioneering this ground; which takes us back to the devious intent of CWC II.
In toto the numerous FATAL FLAWS within the CWC renders the CWC of nil force or effect.
(However, one can cherry-pick aspects of CWC so as to enhance the UDHR, which is the intention as clearly described in UDHR Preamble)
Part of the motivation behind the CWC Charter structure (that violates UDHR) is Cameron's call to drop much of the Rights culture that is frustrating him & his dictatorial style (The call for a Royal Charter in response to the Leveson Inquiry is a case in point)
The Problem is PM David Cameron's (& Nick Clegg's, & Ed Miliband's, & every other nations leaders') lack of competence - because they have no engineering insights, and purposefully allow themselves to be misled by academia who purposefully avoid addressing new science; governments can then falsely argue that implementation is not possible, thus the status quo is maintained.
All this is not to denigrate the Majestic intent of Queen Elizabeth's initiative in establishing & driving forward the Commonwealth & Charter; the intentions are excellent; the problem is government's dishonesty in stealing IP, and, as a consequence, making a hash of the Charter because government/parliament does not understand Economy Engineering.
It simply is a repetition of the Nineveh debacle - see later. The CWC was seeded in dishonesty - that is why it fails.
It is also an attempt by government to put the UK back to the position under the Magna Carta whereby a select few (nobles) took the power from King John for themselves, under the false guise of doing good for all; but this time with the CWC it being with bigger schemes, vis: globalisation of monopoly control guised as an oligopoly guised as progressive initiatives.
Unfortunately, because of the reasons above, the term 'Majestic' also has negative connotations which work against the objectives of CWC.
The entire CWC initiative fails BECAUSE Engineering was absent, because IP was stolen; had Engineering been adopted then the arguments herein & others would have come to light and justified cancellation of the entire initiative. It would have been far better simply to have quietly progressed Economy Engineering such that commonwealth members & ALL nations could have benefited from a more level, global, economy playing field & with fairer rules of play.
However, much of EU Rules also violates the UDHR, especially in relation to financial issues which leave peoples exposed to corporate frauds guised as open global economic activity.
Global security endangered by dishonesty - c.f. Nineveh
Nineveh was destroyed because its reform was seeded in dishonesty - the reforms were defective from outset. The powers within Nineveh failed to reward Jonah for the deliverance, not the content (for that was from God), of the message (basically: turn or burn) - because the reform was seeded in dishonesty, dishonesty prevailed, which led to the ultimate destruction of Nineveh, from all sight.

Royal Charters ->Pointless/Worthless - Dishonesty wherever one looks
A News interview by Hacked-Off founder Brian Cathcart regarding Cameron's ultimatum on a Royal Charter approach to the Leveson Report indicated widespread dissatisfaction over Royal Charters.
The evidence of long-standing dishonesty by Newton, and today by Richard Dawkins & RS President Paul Nurse & others and without disciplinary action by the Privy Council, clearly demonstrates the worthlessness of Royal Charters.
Bill Bryson's 'Seeing Further' tells us that Joseph Banks not only purposefully suppressed Sydney Parkinson's drawings of flora encountered on the Endeavour's voyage; but we see that Banks stole Parkinson's work by having engravings made from them; on top of this the engravings were finally published in 1980/90 under the title of Banks' Florilegium, and without protest from the Royal Society.
Cameron cited BBC Trust as being under a Royal Charter, yet its chairman Chris Patten promotes dishonesty, not only within BBC but within academia.
The Leveson Inquiry violated transparency; Judge Leveson violated the principle of 'truth, whole truth & nothing but the truth' by limiting the inquiry to the press, ignoring TV, radio & book publishers. Dishonesty was behind the Leveson Inquiry from outset.
'Seeing Further' gives further insights to tiered errors in science. That NASA use massive rockets to launch space-craft, that space craft sling-shot around the moon, adds weight to the belief that Universal Law of Gravity holds true; but this is wrong. Gravity is an 'internal' force; what holds solar systems together is an interaction of multi-phase power source (sun), driving planets synchronously, balanced with centrifugal force, coupled with minor interacting forces amongst & between planets.
NASA employ grossly inefficient methods of accessing space because of centuries old defective science theories.
Royal Meteorological Society compromise the Climate Change camp by dishonestly obstructing new science, which is grossly compromised by the IPCC itself.
Meteorologists wrongly interpret weather/climate dynamics because they continue to reject the errors in Newton's Opticks.
Knowing that old science is wrong does not bring immediate understandings of what is right, that requires extensive effort to produce such results.
Governments are dishonest by acting on half-truths, by not supporting/rewarding those that bring new science.
Edwin Hubble was wrong in claiming Doppler shift & frequency attribution applied to light, thus (wrongly) explaining the red stars he observed as moving rapidly away (red shift). We can see Hubble was wrong (sincerely so) but that doesn't tell us how to interpret what he saw & what we see today when gazing through telescopes. That requires Physics Engineering.
How do we interpret what Hubble observed (as we so observe today), that which caused him to argue Doppler frequency red-shift?????????? This question is wide open to new science interpretation.

Newton steered economies far off-track, due to his dishonesty & conniving, in obstructing constructive thoughts towards identifying the real Causal problems that were causing economy crises. We can see that Newton did this and what the errors (some of) are; but that doesn't explain what the real Causal Factors are. That requires Economy Engineering.
Bill Bryson's 'Seeing Further', more correctly tells us how the Royal Society blighted & blinded itself & societies.

Whilst this may have been the genuine intent at inception, the truth is that Newton entrenched dishonesty from which RS refuses to extract itself.
We can see from Chapter 20 of 'Seeing Further' a contribution by Gregory Benford (Physics, California Irvine) how Einstein erroneously confused time (denoted mathematically as t) with the period of a pendulum (denoted T).
Time is an abstract concept, nevertheless time is of immense value to man & societies, and arbitrarily assigned a unit of seconds (man could just as easily chosen a metric unit)
The period, T, of a pendulum is very specific - the period is proportional to the inverse of the square root of mass, gravity & length of pendulum arm. Simply put: if the period T is to be increased (made longer in 'time') then one needs to lengthen the arm, or increase the mass, or increase gravity.
Man used pendulums to regulate clocks, so as to tell us the time. Through choice of pendulum and gears it became possible to have clocks run at the right speed and tell us the correct (rough) time.
For Einstein to have then collapsed T into t, by arguing that gravity now changed t, when in fact it merely changed T, brought in a gross error (a Type I - false positive). Einstein's erstwhile lecturer Mankowski then expanded that error with another and brought in the concept of space-time. From there cosmology, astronomy became increasingly garbled science fiction of curved space-time, multiple universes etc., etc..
No one in the Royal Society thought to question this sci-fi, even after publication of Bryson's book. No one noticed the FATAL FLAW in the logic by Einstein (sincere, but wrong). Intellectual Momentum had taken hold of defective theories and the velocity has increased massively since.
The flaw should have been rumbled when Hubble declared expanding universe at phenomenally impossible speeds.
The bulk of Bryson's book can be viewed as defective science skewed by unreal mathematics skewing science further off-track.

Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering - not Rewarding correctly
Progressive R&D by CDADD into Economics models, especially those awarded 'Nobel' Prizes; brought realisation that many economic models were grossly defective; it became apparent that this was because the recipients of the 'Nobel' Prizes were essentially fast-tracked mathematicians with no science training, qualification or experience.
Concurrent to this, CDADD's R&D into science/engineering brought realisation that much physics science was wrong.
This led to CDADD's call for prizes in Engineering & Mathematics.
The Queen's prize for engineering is a response to CDADD's R&D, but without reward - i.e. Intellectual Property was again stolen by the Privy Council, for it is the Privy Council that gives authority & effect to Royal actions.
This is similar to CERN's renewed Memorandum of Agreement a few years ago; it was prompted solely by CDADD's warnings that science was off-track, that CERN had serious security risks, and that CERN was a white-elephant. Again, CDADD's IP was stolen by CERN and governments associated with CERN, no reward was paid.
The selection process for Queen's Prize recipients is, like the Nobel Prizes, non-transparent & otherwise deeply flawed.

Westminster Justice System - Unjust!
Britain's Imperial expansion over the centuries brought about an imposition of the Westminster Justice systems upon other nations throughout the world. Even after independence the Westminster system remained entrenched. The most significant failing of the Westminster system is that it is closed-shop, and by induction that means it is corrupt. Legals within the judiciary, prosecution, & defence collude together, and people are exposed to extortionate costs-orders if they wish to seek justice - i.e. people are coerced into silence.
This abusive extortion permits financially powerful people to buy-off legals, including judges, & governments. Barclays Bank bought-off President Mbeki, Finance Minister Trevor Manuel & Johannesburg High Court Judge Jajbhay in their fraudulent raid on SA's ABSA Bank; the writer was arrested simply for raising an opposing application; the Chief Justice, the late Arthur Chaskalson, sided with this fraud. Chaskalson was also responsible for the grossly disproportionate representation of Jew Justices on SA's first Constitutional Bench, it was the cause of the emasculation of the SA Constitution.
Manuel's wife Maria Ramos is now Group CEO of ABSA. Manuel & Ramos have many long, deep & wide fraud scams within SA, & without. It is fortunate Manuel never got a look-in to the IMF, but the future is another matter.

Another crucial failure was in a constitutional matter (SA Constitutional Court CCT 74/03 Jaftha v Schoeman) when Chief Justice Chaskalson refused permission for the writer to present engineering arguments regarding economy abuses by banks, financial institutions & corporates. Had Chaskalson agreed then engineering insights into the grossly deficient economy systems would have come to light, which would have permitted significant reform that could have been rolled-out globally.

It would not be surprising if an Investigation into U2 employee pensions proved to be based on Donald Gordon's fraud scam.

Chief Justice Susan Denham complained that justice is the weakest arm of government - it is weak because the Chief Justice refuses to engage Co-Operative Government (see Ch2 SA Constitution, which by induction enhances UDHR, and compels signatory nations) Instead she has become partial to dishonest academics as a new Member of RIA.

BUT, comparing the Westminster Justice system to the USA justice system gives a false impression of Westminster justice.
Jon Ronson's article 'Netted' (Guardian, Weekend, Sat May 4, 20132) relates how Federal Judge Wigenton allowed court marshals in her court to attack a defendant, Andrew Auernheimer, a convicted hacker, who appears to have been badly defended if at all, and who was quietly working away whilst his opponent, the prosecutor, was presenting argument for sentencing purposes.
The marshals violently dragged him out of court, chained & cuffed him, then brought him back into court -> nazi style abuse of power!
Prosecutors are allowed extensive use of tech gadgets in court but defendants are denied.

Chief Justice Judge - perversions of Justice
The perversions by CJ Judge in wrongfully granting a double-jeopardy trial (in Stephen Lawrence murder) is compounded by the fact that one of the convicted had (according to BBC news) withdrawn from his appeal. That the trial should never have been granted AND that a conviction should never have materialised on baseless evidence, are separately compelling reasons for an automatic quashment of the convictions.
BUT, this has not happened -> it can only confirm collusion between Judiciary, Prosecution & Defence legals - which is a natural consequence of closed-shop systems being corrupt.
The Defence legals, whether the same in the appeal as in the trial is not known, clearly demonstrate gross negligence; certainly regarding their refusal to engage on CDADD's evidence sent to them.
The Criminal Case Review Commission is also culpable in these perversions of Justice.
Chaloner was convicted for the wrong reasons; whether it was a right or wrong conviction is immaterial; the issue is that Newton perverted the Justice system to attain a conviction.

Philpott children tragedy -> media brainwashing & closed-shop trial
Police suspicions of an odd person behaving oddly + blended circumstantial evidence + media brainwashing + closed-shop (corrupt) justice system => doubtful conviction
There are multiple tragedies in the Philpott incident - the children are the most prominent but will by no means be the last in the forthcoming consequences of mindless benefits & spend cuts. These issues are addressed earlier herein & repeatedly in the past. The issue here is the trial.
Can we believe the trial outcome, the conviction, was correct?
A web search will produces masses of emotive responses but little factual evidence. Skynews ran a 1/2 hour documentary report which included (one assumes) the critical evidence & plenty of emotive arguments.
We now know that Mick Philpott clearly had had significant media exposure because of his lifestyle of living off benefits & with multiple lovers & numerous children. CDADD has amply demonstrated how massive fraudulent global inflation of artificial money base & supply destroys economies internally and creates mass despair for those at the bottom making it impossible to climb out. Which results in people in despair doing nothing better than making more children to live in worse despair -> which is why Britain & World is grossly over-populated.
Those crooks that masterminded & benefited from these global frauds (Gordon, Branson, Levy, Varley, etc.,, etc.) are comfortably ensconced in their palatial mansions & protected by corrupt justice systems -> whilst billions suffer.

It was/is common knowledge from TV (to those in UK) that Philpott is an odd character who behaves oddly. What can be drawn from the police's suspicion of odd behaviour? What is normal for an odd person?
Nevertheless the police investigated & quickly assumed a crime. The media reported extensively & pre-loaded the public mindsets with subtle brainwashing.
2-stroke petrol:
residue of this was found in the sink. The police (Commander?) in Skynews report stated this was different to regular petrol. Any IDIOT knows that one doesn't buy 2-stroke petrol. One buys regular petrol & mixes 2-stroke oil with it. For a strimmer one doesn't need gallons; probably not more than 500 mls. Which requires decanting and mixing with appropriate amount of oil. It is conceivable that an oddly behaving person would (foolishly) mix this indoors in the sink & would spill regular petrol as well as 2-stroke, and easily spill one or other or both onto clothes.
What can be drawn from the prosecutions 'evidence'? Not much, if anything.
Fire in stairwell: carelessness with petrol could account for fuel spilt in the hall/stairwell which as reported the stairwell created a natural chimney. Consequently spilt fuel will create explosive fumes that can spontaneously ignite or easily with electrostatic discharge, of which carpets are notorious for creating.
Accidentally or purposefully spilt???
Accusations:
Philpott accused his neighbour of starting the fire. Clearly some issues existed between them. The neighbours stated in Skynews report that Philpott behaved oddly, standing around not doing anything. Philpott stated he tried to get into the house on a number of occasions.
Philpott also had numerous opponents incensed with his benefits lifestyle; there were plenty of people who would likely feel justified & could have started the fire.
How do odd people behave? What is normal for odd people?
Access to house:
with the odd behaviour of odd people living in a house - it must be quite easy for anyone to obtain a key for easy access.

Ladder:
A ladder was outside the back door - because, according to Philpott he had been or was intending to clean the conservatory glass roof - the police argue that it was for an 'heroic 'rescue' after a pre-planned fire.
Police van:
Philpott & his wife were recorded whilst in a police van. This was after arrest & interrogation; i.e. they had both been primed by police. Why are suspected murderers put together????????? Clearly the police, having decided guilt because of odd behaviour & because of 'forensic' tail-wagging evidence, were trying to get them to say anything. Any string of words from odd people can be 'interpreted' to support any line of argument.
What can be drawn from naturally odd talk from naturally odd people?
Philpott's whispered comments:
whilst in the van Philpott whispered to his wife. Why would he whisper? If he didn't know he was being recorded then why would he have whispered? If he did know he was being recorded then the whisper has no other meaning than an endearment, and with no sinister meaning.
In either case his clear statements can be explained alternative to the prosecutions claims.
Do we accept that because Philpott is odd that he is stupid? - for someone alleged to have done the crime and in the manner as alleged then clearly he is not stupid & would surely not be stupid enough to make incriminating statements in a police van - Philpott was well experienced in handling publicity & public.
Unlawful evidence:
The entire recording in the police van was itself a justice violation, the incarceration of two accused murderers TOGETHER was a justice violation; it was done after pre-priming by police interrogation of both odd persons, and any normal person would talk after being grilled. What was said by the Philpotts has no singular clear interpretation; there are multiple interpretations.
More odd behaviour:
A mortuary employee reported that Philpott used an expletive when referring to a deceased child. What can be drawn from this other than confirming what is already known, that Philpott is odd.
Criminology:
Professor David Wilson had a field day presenting his theories (he has yet to respond to CDADD's R&D that questions much of forensics due to opticks errors stemming from Newton's dishonesty)
Wilson pronounced guilt based on Philpott's odd behaviour: of wiping his brow, playing to the camera. How does one interpret Wilson's playing to the camera & odd hand-flapping style & emotion generating statements in his documentaries on serial killers?
Character reference:
an ex-Cabinet Minister (cannot recall lady’s name) gave a character assessment. (If memory serves correct) she stated (to effect) that Philpott's lifestyle was odd & counter to intent of benefits system but that Philpott did not come across to her as criminal (open to correction on this interpretation)
What is CRYSTAL CLEAR is that the closed-shop trial produced no meaningful defence or attack on the prosecutions case which is fraught with errors. The jury were primed with media brainwashing, confronted with doubtful 'evidence', and which 'evidence' could be explained by accident (negligent or otherwise) or by any other person sufficiently angered by Philpott's lifestyle. Chief Justice Judge did not ensure a fair trial by insisting that evidence & head points were made public. The defence legals were clearly incompetent. The prosecutors were primed by police suspicions based on Philpott's naturally odd behaviour.
This is not to say that Philpott did not commit the crime - it is impossible to be sure now because the police have corrupted the entire set of evidences. Anyone else could have just as easily have done it. And, just as easily, nobody did it (purposefully)
BUT, we can be sure that the Westminster justice system is corrupt - and that Chief Justice Judge refuses to uphold Justice.
The aforegoing arguments alone defeat the prosecutions case on a number of points-of-law and are based upon a couple of hours reflection after a 1/2 hour Skynews documentary report - further defence attacks on the prosecutions case would have been possible if Chief Justice Judge had given the public internet-based insight to the 'evidence' that Prosecution held, and prior to the trial, as should be the case -> people, especially accused, are entitled to see the police & prosecution dockets & evidence prior to trial & entitled to challenge a decision to prosecute BEFORE trial (see SA Constitution, which enhances the UDHR to which UK is signatory)
The Jury could not have reached a sensible decision because they are insensible with a mass of false information from media, academia, judiciary, government.
The Philpott trial was a gross miscarriage of justice because of the closed-shop corrupt Westminster justice system blended with media brainwashing.
Alan Sugar - more lies to Court, re Apprentice judgement
Chief Justice Judge is fully aware that Sugar's wealth is derived from criminal monopoly violations & business collusions as well as from defrauded employee pensions.
Sugar lied to the court in the civil trial between an Apprentice winner, Stella English, and Sugar. And CJ Judge KNEW Sugar lied by not telling the truth about the criminal source of his wealth.
The judgement (as reported by Guardian) clearly showed that the judgement hung strongly on Sugar's & his employee's versions against English.
The fact that Chief Justice Judge knowingly withheld evidence, and withheld investigation & prosecution of Sugar, is a gross prostitution of justice in general; and a specific miscarriage against English.

Margaret Thatcher - her policies failed because of Organised Crime not recognised
Margaret Thatcher's death has invoked the full spectrum of emotions from loving to loathing. Whilst her physical death occurred recently, her intellectual death occurred many years ago due to her longevity in frailty.
PM David Cameron was correct in stating MT was the greatest peace-time PM, due to Cameron's unstated acknowledgement that Winston Churchill was the greatest war time PM (& world leader)
But, the times of both WSC & MT had not brought realisation of the underpinning Economy Terrorism that brought about the urgent need for their respective services.
WSC led during the warring cycle, MT led during the peace-time cycle, but the war/peace cycle(s) were/are driven by Economy Terrorism, even though for centuries it was guised as Imperialism (Imperial Terrorism) -> which drove/drives socio-economies into despair & conflict.
The real difference between WSC & MT is not that MT is & still the only woman PM of UK, but that she was the first to bring science to the business of government. Intelligent, scientific thought was behind (almost) every one of her decisions (no one is perfect)
BUT, the times of MT had not brought light of the gross deficiencies within the sciences (physics & socio-economy) stemming from Newton's dishonesty, which were causal of the economy crises & for the failures of the various & numerous policies that MT invoked in the sincere attempts to solve these crises. Nor was anyone aware of the then rapidly increasing pensions/investments frauds that was causal of today’s GEM meltdown & economy crises, and the economic difficulties in the times that led to the miners' strikes. The CAUSAL FACTOR was the underlying & hidden increasing global fraud scams - no one, other than the crooks who consciously manipulated, recognised this.
MT's science training gave her resolve to stand ground against her own team who had no science insights, and whose oppositions which led to her ousting were invariably uneducated/unqualified blusterings.
Knowledge brings Resolve - ignorance brings blusterings.
Since MT left PM-office the world has seen nothing of its leaders but ignorant blustering wannabes.
Which is why the world is rapidly being drawn to Hot-War. That MT's sincere but unwittingly defective policies were causal of much of today’s socio-economy tensions, because science had not at that time been detected as being defective, is beside the point - today's leaders ARE informed, but they ignorantly, criminally ignore new science that disproves old science.
MT was undermined from within; it cannot be ruled out that PM David Cameron had been groomed by Branson & others to covertly work against MT - it would explain Cameron's refusal to engage Best Practice & his wealth despite supposedly being a career servant of the electorate.
How DOES a career servant to electorates gain such wealth?????????????
Regardless, it is clear that Cameron never understood her science mind; Cameron's policies are increasingly worsening UK's economy with his Cuts policy driving more people out of work, as data shows.
The times of MT had not brought realisation that much of the root cause of grossly defective science, both physics & economy, rests full square, directly, on the world's greatest Con-Artist ever, Isaac Newton, a lying, thieving, conniving, murdering ...................... The cause of skewed economies resulting from global frauds rests with Donald Gordon, Richard Branson, Levy, John Varley, Alan Sugar & other corporate leaders, especially in the USA, & the Big 5 accounting firms.
UK Parliament gave tributes to Margaret Thatcher; which included strong opposing views, understandable, by David Anderson, and views from David Lammy which gave fair balance despite indications of underlying anger, also understandable.
BUT, Anderson & Lammy need to correctly inform their electorates that Thatcher was unwittingly duped by smooth talking Organised Crime criminals such as Gordon, Branson, Sugar, Levy, Varley, etc.
At that time no one (other than those engaged in the frauds) understood the nature & global extent of this Organised Crime, which is the cause of the GEM meltdown.
Thatcher was seduced just as Mandela was seduced.
What is positive is that the observations of those times can be contrasted to the times of gold-standards - and it brings clear insights of engineering solutions, as long as one correctly interprets the events of the past.
BUT, constructive change cannot come about if academic institutions & Royal Chartered organisations maintain a dishonest standpoint. The first step is to ensure that science is correctly aired - Parliament must compel the Privy Council to compel prompt & constructive change within Royal Chartered bodies.

Edwin Hubble was wrong in claiming expanding universe -> from f, Doppler, red shift.
New science is wide open & up for grabs for anyone to explain how we correctly interpret what Hubble saw, and what we see today, of the distant red stars - I do not want to hog primacy over all of this new science - so it is an aspect of a new science frontier that is purposefully left wide-open to all & up for grabs. The correct interpretation will also realise additional proof that the non-ether based Higgs Boson is invalid.
NOTE ALSO: correct interpretation of how & why we see stars will bring further realisations of Light & Energy Transmission Dynamics - and that will give insights to errors in meteorology, and new understandings will bring more reliable weather/climate insights & forecasting.
