Berlin Truck Crash:
Thoughts & Prayers go out to those killed, injured & traumatised in a Berlin Christmas market yesterday.
This attack (which according to early reports it almost certainly was, as a dead Polish national, likely murdered driver, was in the passenger seat) is an understandable action by a person (Pakistani?) who is simply one of many tens/hundreds-of-millions people disparitised & dislocated, physically, mentally & emotionally …..
….. BECAUSE …...
…... Socio-Economy models & Government policies as imposed by western governments are causing mass disruptions globally.
UK's Supreme Court, being closed-shop, does not allow for direct access to bring clear Constitutional/UDHR/ECHR violations to the SC court – so much defective science which is behind destructive Socio-Economic models & government policies are permitted to continue due to a general aura of dishonesty & corruption within Academia.
It is a clear case of gross Judicial negligence/dereliction in maintaining a closed-shop (in)Justice system.
With the high risk of further Terrorist attacks, globally, surely it is time to start thinking constructively - to address the defective science that creates the frauds of corpOrgCrime → Economy Terrorism.
SC President Justice Neuberger & fellow SC Justices are called upon to allow me to bring a direct matter concerning defective science to the SC Court against Royal Society & Royal Institute (for starters)

Birmingham Prison riots – rioters to face full force of law - BANG, SMASH, WALLOP!!!!
→ (in)Justice mindlessness continues to rule → Socio-Economic chaos
→ increased crime –> increased prison population → increased rioting …..
Doh!!!
It would be reasonably fair to say that much of today's prison population derives from the carnage flowing from decades of Socio-Economic chaos pursuant to massive global fraud scams masterminded by Donald Gordon, and globalised & metamorphosed by International Auditors & others.
With the increased Prisoner population causing overcrowding & consequent social problems that created foundation for rioting …..
…..... the response is to be the BANG, SMASH, WALLOP of the full force of unjust law from UK's closed-shop (in)Justice system.
But UK's Justices & Prosecutors & Police protect corpOrgCrime criminals.
And, as with the gross injustices of Birmingham 6, Guildford 4, Lawrence murder trial & appeal, Brexit appeal, etc. – NOTHING has changed regarding a closed-shop (in)Justice system
So, for example, it is OK for the Powers behind BBC & Channel 4 (both public broadcasters) to manipulate a Baked-Off scam of buying/selling programmes so as to scam publicly financed programmes by which contracts have fraudulently been constructed so as to achieve Perfect Crimes.
How is this possible?
So, people such as Jamie Oliver, Brian Cox, Paul Hollywood & others can earn/defraud mega-bucks and use vast wodges of money, and along with other sources of global fraudulent/counterfeit monies, to distort local (e.g. property) markets, which causes inflation, destroys local businesses & jobs, causes much anxiety & loss of esteem, drives crime, increases prison populations (to put it all, in short)
So, whilst CCRC have a principal role of assessing prosecutions & convictions the CCRC does not assess the covers-up of high-profile corpOrgCrime criminals that yield protections from prosecution – clearly a distorted mandate for CCRC.
CCRC should have mandate to investigate crime covers-up – including such as frauds by Royal Society, Royal Institute, BBC, Channel 4, Guardian, Telegraph, Branson, Sugar, Gordon etc., etc.,
Similarly with trials: such as fabricated evidence & defective forensics in the Stephen Lawrence murder trial & appeals – those convicted remain convicted because of weak non-evidence, fabricated evidence & defective forensics – there is not one shred of clear evidence to support convictions. Yet this matter has still not gone to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Nor was the writer called for the lower court Appeal (before J Leveson) despite the writer's submission to CCRC being the cause for a lower court appeal.
And as we saw with the SCA Brexit Appeal - the public were not able to present argument concerning a Public matter, access was strictly for Legals intent on fraudulently raiding Public coffers.
BUT, matters go much further – globally, in fact – because UK's Justice (inJustice) system is very much a yardstick, and similar systems used in other countries – such as South Africa: where the Constitutional Court has been rendered incompetent & ineffective, and the Supreme Court of Appeal incompetent/negligent as reflected by the Oskar Pistorius wrongful murder conviction based upon an SCA Judgement littered with errors of fact & analysis.
In short many people in prison are in prison because of gross Socio-Economic chaos, defective forensics, police & legal malpractice, etc. - which factors are beyond their control – and because of gross injustices from UK's (in)Justice system
The BANG, SMASH, WALLOP ideo-illogical standpoint of JusticeSec Liz Truss will compound matters, not resolve.
Prisons are not for rehabilitation as should be, but solely for punishment – an ideo-illogical philosophy.
UK has a well & truly Great British Baked-Off (in)Justice system.
[And, because of the closed-shop (in)Justice system, the writer cannot bring applications against Royal Society, Royal Institute etc. for maintaining grossly defective science → defective forensics.
Hence the writer has not been paid for groundbreaking R&D that has changed over 350 years of defective science/engineering & brought hundreds of Billions Sterling in value globally]
