Unfair Trial (Court Martial) & Wrongful Conviction of MajGen Nick Welch

The appended emails refer, all of which alone indicate UK's obstructive, abusive (in)Justice system. I also reference the extensive Research & Development papers at my website www.cdadd.com in both exposing defective/bogus science in both physics & socio-economics/finance & of developing new Science understandings.
The trial (court martial) of MajGen (Rtd) Nick Welch (NW) was grossly unfair, procedurally & substantively.
Double-Jeopardy re-trials in criminal cases is possible (even where fabricated evidence by Met Police brought about wrongful convictions in Stephen Lawrence murder trial) – it therefore must follow that where new evidence of an unfair trial is present that a re-trial, at least, is allowed.
(Note: A Rightful Conviction for the Wrong Reasons, is just as Wrong as a Wrongful Conviction)
The following is by far not exhaustive of defence arguments to which NW was denied, but gives adequate grounds for an appeal for re-trial, if not a quashing of conviction.
The nature of the NW trial/conviction concerned allegations of Expenses Fraud (in particular concerning: Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA ) as set out in JSP 752 -Tri-Service regulations for expenses and allowances)
As an ex-military, RN Artificer, I have attempted to use the referenced JSP 752 which is ONLY available in electronic form – it is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate the 717 pages and/or any of the referenced 15 other regulations cited therein so as to easily generate a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of its imports – it is ENTIRELY USER UNFRIENDLY. It is, in contrast, tantamount to issuing a weapons system to the military with instructions in Chinese.
Ignorance of the law is no defence – but with JSP 752 there is purposeful creation of ignorance, due to incomprehensible, inaccessible legislation/regulations
The nature of Britain's position in global Finance is as a world-centre for attracting corporate Organised Crime guised as Free-Market Trading – upholding & protecting the crimes & criminals engaged in such activities – and with the Military being used as hired-guns to enforce this global criminality (c.f. movie 'Once Upon A Time In The West' – Henry Fonda's character as hired-gun to Railroad boss) My early research (2003) exposed Donald Gordon's fraud mechanism, which was globalised – Gordon was to receive a Knighthood, whether it was revoked is uncertain (see link below)
The very nature of the Finance frauds is to deceive & confuse, so as to defraud Society as a whole, globally – including the military acting as unwitting hired-guns to protect the criminals.

Thus is the nature of the construct of JSP-752 & other regulations.- to confuse & deceive
All this is tantamount to Legals planting landmines in own Army's trenches
The trial had effectively nil public information prior to the trial – c.f. Parliament Expenses scandal which had masses of exposure.
The response from Military Court Service (below) is entirely disingenuous as it alludes to expecting the public to be aware of ALL trials in ALL courts throughout the ENTIRE nation.
Further, both Alan West (HoL, ex-1st Sea Lord) & Richard Dannatt (HoL & ex-General-of-Army) have for years been kept DIRECTLY informed by me of my R&D. It is INCONCEIVABLE that either of AW or RD were NOT aware of NW's charges/trial trial AND of my R&D that would have provided substantial defence arguments – but to which NW was denied a fair defence.
RD has previously betrayed his trust as GoA by refusing to take Lariam (malarial drug) which he forced his subordinates to take. Alan West has since blocked my communications. All this indicates that the military are not being looked after by their seniors. This silence, regarding NW's trial, by AW & RD is further proof of untrustworthiness at the highest-level of Military.
The nature of the charges was non-violent. Consequently a convicted person is automatically (within a Just Justice system) entitled to immediate bail-pending-appeal. But, his defence barrister, Sarah Jones, did nothing and has done nothing to launch an appeal despite my having given her grounds for same.
Requests to Sarah Jones for Defence's Heads-of-Arguments have not produced the HoAs that would allow further defence arguments to be developed.
The NW case itself is one of Public Importance as it, like the Parliamentary Expenses, is setting a precedent, it is NOT solely an issue pertaining to NW as Sarah Jones incorrectly alludes.
Military personnel must surely be having serious concerns regarding the untrustworthiness of their Superiors & of Government – who, in their right mind, would willingly protect the Nation by going into hot-fire knowing that their back-up are placing land-mines in their own trenches.
These kinds of concern, of distrust, were why I left the RN, then to attain higher Qualifications which led to Professional Registration as a Professional (Chartered) Engineer, and to pioneering of Socio-Economy Engineering, & developing of new Science understanding, etc.
The aforegoing points alone confirm the closed-shop hence, by induction, corrupt nature of Britain's (in)justice system.
Of those countries colonised/oppressed by Britain, many (most?, all?) have subsequently developed Constitutions – and, interestingly, each successive Constitution appears to be further enhanced than those prior. We can see this by looking at (Constitution by an ex-colony)(the first in 20th century?) Ireland's Constitution - developed by war-monger de Valera during the rise of rabid Nazism & promulgated in 1937, but with the emasculating Courts of Justice Act being promulgated immediately prior in 1937. One need only go into Dublin's Four Courts (inappropriate term as now Six Courts) in which there is a cash-cow office for receiving mountains of incoming cash because judges & legals collude to purposefully inflame, fragment & prolong litigation - which justified my stating direct to Ch. Justice Frank Clarke in his Supreme Court that he is a Nazi-Bastard, Nazi-C---; or go into Phoenix Criminal Court (esp Court 18, where one can view psychopath judge Geraldine Malone) wielding Nazi power because of DIRECT connection (Art30 Constitution) of judges to the police (police state by definition; add corruption/brutality → Nazi State, by definition)
In contrast SA's now old and emasculated (due to first Const.Court bench working for Israel not SA) Constitution was developed by recognising that Ireland's Constitution was 'how-not-to' develop a Constitution.
The thrust of my argument on this Constitution point is that Britain covertly abuses its power because it has no written Constitution - whilst Ireland adopted overt abuses - from which others could then develop fairer Constitutions.
But, ALL are still entrenched with the same problem, vis: a closed-shop (in)justice system wherein Legals & Judges collude to keep the doors of Justice closed, barred, welded, bolted, padlocked shut.
And this is what NW (& all others) face/d
There are many other points of defence, both procedural & substantive, that NW was denied – but the aforegoing points alone are sufficient for an appeal for re-trial, if not a quashing of conviction – for which retrial I can provide additional defence arguments.

I can confirm that the Military Court Service publishes the court assize programmes on our website https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/military-court-centres-court-listings, the listings are also displayed at the public entrances of each court. Court results can be provided by contacting either the court direct or the Military Court Service HQ.

earliest report & limited coverage was march 3 2021 - in contrast to parliament expenses scandal nw's trial had 'nil' reportage - consequently could not attend or provide additional defence arguments - consequently not fair trial
that trial records are not readily available to public also shows not a public trial
it is interesting to note that of all the nations colonised by britain that many (most? all?) have subsequently established constitutions, because british justice is entirely unjust - and military justice is worse

to sarah jones manythanx4reply to clarify: the points i have requested, in outline, concern: public information regarding maj.gen nick welch's trial (court martial) & conviction ( which in my view is a gross injustice), viz: heads-of-argument of both prosecution & defence, including reference to the various legislations/regs argued & also whether the matter is on appeal & whether the unjustly convicted nw is currently released on bail pending appeal & if not, why not. all this must surely be readily available in your record as it is simply the core of defence none of this public information requires defendant/convict/family permissions and i again respectfully request your assistance in providing these public details forthwith i reiterate that it is solely public information that i seek - including, and especially, highlighting of those heads-of-argument information to which prosecution felt justified to prosecute as regarding your comment that this has had wide publicity - i point out that i regularly (near daily) check bbcnews (& others) for news updates, in comparison to the mass of parliamentary expenses scandal info nw's case received zero publicity until after (or near) conviction - this perception is confirmed by a web search online - consequently, as i have previously indicated, nw did not receive a fair public trial (court martial) in comparison to parliamentarians nor do i believe that full & appropriate defence measures were adopted - this is not to cast aspersion onto you as you are not from a military or professional engineering background as am i. nor is it likely that you were aware, prior or during nw's trial, of my extensive r&d into defective science/maths & globalised finance frauds - or the various past/present governments/parliaments cover-up of same - all of which have material significance to nw's defence (see data=04%7C01%This email address is being protected from spambots. further thoughts - how is it possible that this issue of nick welch has only come to light after conviction, and not prior - had it been in public domain prior i would have requested details much earlieri would appreciate if you would email me key heads-of-argument for both prosecution & defence + relevant regs/laws concerning the charges against nick welch so i can peruse themalso, i assume the conviction is being appealed - is this correct?thankyou
