ECHR Court's 'Counter-Wannsee' Conference!!!

European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) - Human Rights for the Planet conference

(Venue: ECHR Court, Strasbourg + online – Monday October 5, 2020)

 

 

 

This ECHR Court Conference addresses the politicking of Legals Politics – incorrectly addressing systems/procedures - incorrectly focussing on Individual Rights, ignoring Universal Rights - ignoring the defective 'science' that is causal of global socio-economic chaos, rather than addressing and focussing on new, genuine science/engineering that brings correct understandings.

 

This ECHR Conference can best be described as a Counter-Wannsee Conference

 

 

The Wannsee Conference was to develop the Nazi 'Final Solution' of Jews & others – i.e. the ideology & methodology of Extermination - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wannsee_Conference

The ECHR Conference, as a Counter-Wannsee Conference, is acknowledging the present-day Human Rights violations (whilst ignoring the Disparities & Exterminations (numerous starvation genocides)) and (disingenuously) trying to find (unsuccessfully) solutions to the Rights violations (Disparities & Exterminations)

 

But, whilst the evils of the Wannsee Conference took serious engineering expertise, and hence time to implement – the truth is that it took little time to halt the exterminations – Allied liberations of the death camps brought IMMEDIATE cessation (OK, ignoring that some Allied soldiers shot German guards, or lent their weapons to inmates to so do)

The point being that in the cessation there were no debates about procedure; about anthropocentrism versus ecocentrism, or any legalese nonsense – cessation was INSTANT.

 

Not so the Counter-Wannsee Conference …....................

 

Some key 'bullet-point' issues of the ECHR Court 'Counter-Wannsee Conference' …...... (by no means exhaustive):

 

The ECHR Convention & Court is illegitimate – ECHR Court is wrongfully/unlawfully upholding ECHR Convention which DIRECTLY VIOLATES Article 30 of the UDHR

UDHR is now OBLIGATORY on ALL Nations – refusal to accept as such is a violation of Rights as per UDHR(Preamble) – which justifies invocation to rebel against Tyranny.

 

Differentiating Anthropocentric from Ecocentric does not address Causal Factors.

 

The upholding of ECHR Convention, and by induction disregarding the UDHR, is a Gross Crime Against Humanity (GCAH) which is a Treason against Humanity in itself.

 

Fundamental science, upon which Climate Change is claimed to be CAUSED by Pollution, is wrong – ECHR Court, International Courts, IPCC, Governments, Academia are long aware of this (for over a decade)

 

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE MASSIVE DESTRUCTION, BOTH DIRECT & INDIRECT, DUE TO BOGUS SCIENCE.

The increasing global chaos is due to bogus 'science', purposefully developed, legitimising otherwise fraudulent scams – corporate Organised Crime (corpOrgCrime)

 

Correlation does NOT prove Cause/Effect.

Defective 'science' is wrongly upheld despite CONCRETE proofs of new Science (e.g. Opticks, wrongly attributed to Newton, are wrong – see below)

 

 

Pollution is increasing - simply because Population is increasing (& at an increasing rate?)

 

 

The reason for increasing population is (largely) because of a Super-Saturation of Global Money-Base & Supply

Vacuum effect on Money, from the majority to a minority of wealthy, suppresses/oppresses the majority – thus nothing better to do than make more people.

The greater Money is Saturated the greater the increase of Population –> vice-versa.

A fundamental of Physical systems (whether Tangible or Intangible) is that:

micro actions have ZERO impact at MACRO levels

 

What this means is that any&ALL decisions from the ECHR Court or International Court that addresses a specific pollution or individual HR issue (of whatever nature) will have ZERO impact on addressing the global Pollution issue.

 

Q&A statement:- Causality not the issue – issue is obligation on any State to rectify through 'due diligence', 'duty of care' – but, can't have due diligence/duty of care if Cause is not properly known, or not known at all.

None of the presenters had any idea of Causality – because not understanding that 'science' is defective..

 

ECHR Judge Tim Eike stated – ECHR looking at individual rights under ECHR convention – but this ignores global Causal Factors, thus renders any ECHR Court judgement ineffective.

Prof Christina Voigt stated (to effect) - Climate Change is caused by Pollution & quotes IPCC – whilst it is correct to adopt Fail-Safe approach it is still wrong to ignore the greater reality that Climate Change is a natural Solar System dynamic – Climate is ALWAYS changing – this error of wrongly claiming Pollution CAUSES Climate Change leads to wrong decisions (e.g. planning for bikinis for rising temperatures, rather than arctic survival gear for global freezing)

 

Judge President Robert Spano - does ECHR Convention as it stands adequately provide Rights Protections for such Planetary crisis/es.

The answer is clearly NOT, because ECHR Convention is an unlawful, treasoned truncation of UDHR – the ECHR is an unlawful 'individual' Rights foundation, whereas UDHR is a Universal Rights foundation.

 

ECHR Court's criminal/treasonable violation of UDHR to focus on ECHR Convention & hence individual Rights cannot ever succeed. It is like arguing the micro (individual) components of a vehicle but ignoring the mangled body (Universal) – it will never function.

 

It is why, as Judge President Richard Spano stated, there are over 61,500 ECHR Court cases – it's obvious why this is so – the Court is unlawfully upholding a wrongful ECHR Convention of 'individual' Rights but ignoring the necessary Universal Rights of UDHR – wrongly addressing micro-components within a mangled body.

 

Regardless, whether 'individual' or Universal Rights, neither can be protected whilst bogus 'science' is wrongly upheld by ECHR Court.

 

BUT, it is true that gas emissions (& Pollution) must be decreased – BUT, with increasing Pollution due to increased Population, due to Super-Saturated Global Money-Base&Supply, due to globalised corpOrgCrime, this is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve - corporate Organised Crime is 'legitimised' through purposefully defective mathematics/science (especially those awarded Nobel Economic Prizes)

 

IF – reiterate: IF - Pollution is the CAUSE of Climate Change then no amount of Legislation or Court Judgements will affect the Pollution problem because the Cause of Pollution is due to increasing Population, and due to increasing excessive-consumption of polluting activities/commodities.

 

BUT, do you honestly think that the polluting activities of 7.5 Billion 'microbial' people can swamp the MASSIVE MACRO Solar System dynamics that cause Planets to rotate & obit Stars (Sun) synchronously - solar dynamics that induct energy into planets to create molten cores, that …..., that …... ...?

Do you Honestly believe microbial actions swamp MASSIVE MACRO Solar dynamics????????

 

Something wiped out the dinosaurs – it certainly wasn't due to 7.5Billion 'microbial' humans because they weren't around – so what did? → Solar System dynamics?!?!?!

 

BUT, this is NOT to ignore the COMPELLING obligation to adopt a FAIL-SAFE policy to counter the crisis of global Pollution – but it must be done on the basis of sound Science/Engineering and not on basis of purposefully defective 'science' that is a large Cause of Population increase, hence of Pollution increase. Nor on the basis of false Correlation claims

 

Public money allocated to funding research & development is being used to criminally fund the pursuit of defective science (evidence: Nobel Foundation, Nobel Prize winners, especially Economics)

New science evidence that disproves old (hence now defective) science is not rewarded/funded → Public Money is being fraudulently mis-spent.

National, ECHR & International Courts have long been aware of this and actively support this massive fraud of Public Money spend→ a Gross Crime Against Humanity.-> Treason!

 

ECHR Court's Counter-Wannsee Conference further obstructs the cessation of genocides - it evades the need for sound Science/Engineering to combat imposed genocides, of whatever shape or form – instead it was clouded by/colluded with Legals politics …...........

 

Reiterate: The ECHR Court is Illegitimate & Unlawfully constituted because it is in criminal violation of UDHR Article 30 – another GROSS CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY (GCAH) → TREASON!!!!!
