Whilst this SubPostMaster (SubPM) issue is an horrendous injustice it should be remembered that on a scale compared to globalised Pension/Investment Frauds, and scams metamorphosed therefrom, and over some 60 years, that the Sub-Postmaster issue is a mickey-mouse sized scam – obviously each SubPM affected feels it as an immensely destructive issue but it is simply one small scam amongst the holistic global scams of corporate Organised Crime, wherein International Auditors (IntAuditors) play a controlling role.
(Big5IntAuditors being PWC, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloittes, Grant Thornton)
Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Alan Sugar & others adopted same/similar fraud mechanisms to criminally accelerate their businesses
PWC's fraudulent, globalised SME Sparkassenstiftung 'banking' system is many times greater than the SubPM issues but is many times smaller than the globalised Pension?investment frauds & metamorphosed frauds therefrom (see link appended below)
Engaging IntAuditors is like handing the keys of the business to a corporate spy,
not dissimilar to a Country freely handing State Secrets to an enemy spy.
Governments have been aware of these frauds since exposed by the writer in 2003 (see links below) – Blair, Brown, Cameron, May, Johnson, Truss, Sunak & Parliament have all been long aware.
Media reports: Alan Bates has been offered a freebie holiday to Branson's Nekker Island – Bates should give serious thought before accepting – Bates is in danger of fryingpan2fire.
Branson is an international criminal, Branson defrauded employee/client pensions/investments to grow Virgin – using same/similar fraud scam as masterminded by Donald Gordon (1963). Starmer refused to prosecute, Metpolice refused to investigate.
This is no different from post-office issue → abusive selective unjust prosecutions – ignoring repeated warnings.
Branson eventually returned Knighthood but later took back → ????
Media lie to the world by withholding truth, but they should at least have the decency of informing Alan Bates about this so that he can make an informed decision.

At least 736 prosecutions occurred, and the entire issue resulting in convictions with many imprisoned, bankrupted, and even 1 suicide.
The TV series also alleges purposeful (fraudulent?) manipulations of certain (& many) subpostmaster accounts by Fujitsu. One subpostmaster acting as a selflitigant being ordered to pay legal Costs of around £371,000 (??????) as well as losses as (falsely) claimed by the Post Office.

This SubPM issue is a TWENTY YEAR NIGHTMARE – with not one readily available, safe, Just means for any one of the SubPMs, all of whom were in TOTAL ISOLATION from each other, being able to access the UK's (in)Justice system to ensure a SPEEDY & CORRECT resolution to the entire matter …....
….not even with initial media investigations, nor with MPs inquiring, and no action (of any form?) from Police and/or CPS …...
….. hindsight indicates that these 'investigative' efforts were token, as both media & Parliament ignore the far greater globalised pensions/investments frauds.
Justice delayed is Justice denied!
What of the Police, Crown Prosecution Service – can they sit back and claim ignorance? Why had not then CPS Director Kier Starmer (2008 – 2013, now Labour Leader, hoping imminently to be Prime Minister), not question the clear breach of Justice by the PO being allowed independent Private Prosecutions, and with clearly scant evidence, and (likely, at that time) coerced 'confessions'?
Even the Judiciary should have identified warning signals simply by virtue of the volume of prosecutions.
And the issue of Confessions clearly needs review – any Confession cannot be accepted by a Judge unless confirmed clearly in open Court by the Confessor, and only after careful questioning by the Judge & presentations by Defence & the Confessor.
Not one Judge, not one Police officer, not one Prosecutor raised any public warnings → ??????????
Despite many subpostmasters prosecuted claiming the Horizon system was in error, others were coerced into wrongly pleading guilty.
The mind boggles that not ONE Judge of ALL those judges presiding over the 739 prosecutions did not have the gumption to question & penetrate the (now known false) claims by Post Office (PO) that the Horizon system was 'robust' - despite that in 2009 it was common knowledge that comprehensive computer systems could easily FAIL – one only has to recall the many times that Microsoft's home-based PC software would crash – is it reasonable to assume that ALL UK judges are totally illiterate regarding techstuff when computers are, and were then, standard components in any professional's life&office kit → is it Reasonable? Absolutely NOT!!!!
And no means of a CLASS ACTION!!!
Does this alone not give clear insight to the sheer abusive nature of UK's GROSS (in)JUSTICE system. And remember, the UK's (in)Justice system is copied in many (hundreds?) of Countries around the World, as a consequence of its Colonial/Imperial impositions.
Add to this that the UK's (in)Justice System is CLOSED-SHOP, which Closed-Shop nature is emulated around the World – it is closed through PURPOSEFULLY COMPLEX & OBSTRUCTIVE Rules & Procedures of Court. Complex & Obstructive to purposefully CLOSE the Doors-of-Justice to selflitigants – thus COMPELLING people to engage Legals that EXTORT HUGE SUMS of money.

The Big5IntAuditors often play musical-chairs to create illusion of good 'governance' – and all collude on the information gleaned from companies – thus, easy to control/manipulate & to inside-trade globally.
PWC along with E&Y, Deloittes, GT, KPMG were all involved in globalising Pension Frauds (initially in SA, where it was Masterminded by Donald Gordon, founder Liberty Life to roll out these frauds) – ALL this has been known to Parliament & Government since 2003 – these Auditors were instrumental in the Demutualisation process which allowed MASS GLOBAL scamming of pensions/investments - successive Governments & PMs have ignored this.
(PWC was formed by merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers Lybrandt. Previously, both INDEPENDENT Auditors were appointed by SA's Rembrandt Group to provide two independent Audit Reports on the group – this being because the Rupert family (owners of Rembrandt) were concerned regrading the narrow ownership of the JSE Stock Exchange, hence concern of allegations of financial mismanagement within the group – instead of remaining INDEPENDENT PW & CL colluded and merged – thus defeating the Rupert's intent of providing confidence in their Group
Mervyn King, King of Corporate Governance (CG, King Reports I-IV) & previously a Johannesburg High Court Judge, was instrumental in developing CG as a first-line of defence for corporate criminals. King, as chairman of Automobile Association SA (AASA), defrauded AASA members out of the F1 Kyalami racetrack)
Post Office website appears scant regarding its historical Audited Financial Reports (only 2022 & 2023 readily found, both Audited by PWC, and by same person, Andrew Paynter)

It is abundantly clear that these criminal International Auditors need to be investigated, and immediately disbanded.

Fujitsu Annual Reports shows that Ernst & Young have long been Auditors – this alone immediately rings warning-bells of organised crime behind the Sub-Postmaster issue.
Executive Statements of Moral Responsibility does not address any Criminal Culpability (ditto PO & Big5IntAuditors)
Met Police (& ALL UK Police forces)
Evidence on the globalised Pension/Investment frauds & the involvement of the Big5IntAuditors have been in the possession of the Met Police, and ALL UK Police Forces through their National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC), and for some 20 years – ALL have ignored.
An Open Letter sent by REGISTERED POST (July 25, 2023) to Sir Mark Rowley has, like ALL previous correspondences, been ignored.
With regard the SubPM issue Rowley is likely also going to duck&dive.

Major media, UK & International, have for some 20 years been kept regularly informed of these issues – but they have remained silent – this because the Media is CONTROLLED by corporates, which are owned/controlled by corporate criminals.
It is why the PO/Horizon issue has taken so long to come to such public attention
Despite a couple (few?) of MPs driving the SubPostmaster issue they failed (purposefully?) to address the matter properly – similar to the globalised Pension/Investments frauds which are exponentially far greater in magnitude, and are interlinked by international criminals, including the Big5IntAuditors.
Media: Guardian, Telegraph, Skynews, BBC, NY Times, Washington Post, Time, …... blacklist the writer.
Government/Parliament
The media reports of UK Parliament Emergency Legislation is NOT a solution – because it only addresses many travesties of Justice long after – again: Justice delayed is Justice denied!
Successive Governments/Parliaments have also been kept regularly informed of pension/investment frauds issues (since 2004) & other Science/Engineering R&D by the writer, but many MPs blacklist, and PMs ignore – ALL this leads into corporate Organised Crime – complex finance models that aim, to defraud.
All this explains why the UK (the World) is in a mess, and why the SubPostMasters faced, are still facing, horrendous abuses.
BUT, again, this SubPM issue is mickey-mouse sized relative to the globalised Pension/Investment & metamorphosed frauds – which are instrumental for most of the past & present Socio-Economic troubles → 'cost-of-living' crisis being simply Peoples' historicals Savings having been stolen then used against them → supply-driven inflation, erosion of capital, destabilising of Economic production → Socio-Economic chaos!!!
And much bogus 'science' is used to create fraudulent finance models → e≠mc2
because Opticks (wrongly attributed to Newton) are WRONG!!!
