Lubanga Case: The Prosecutor v. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo - ICC-01/04-01/06
Found guilty, on 14 March 2012, of the war crimes of enlisting and conscripting children under the age of 15 years and using them to participate actively in hostilities (child soldiers). Sentenced, on 10 July 2012, to a total of 14 years of imprisonment. Verdict and sentence confirmed by Appeals Chamber on 1 December 2014. On 19 December 2015, Mr Lubanga was transferred to a prison facility in the DRC to serve his sentence of imprisonment. The reparations proceedings started on 7 August 2012.

At the time of Dyilo's conviction & sentencing in 2012 the sentence of 14 years seemed trivial in light of the mass trauma done to children, and to society as a whole – which facts cannot be disputed – they were horrifying acts by Dyilo.
BUT, the facts about Britain's Nazi-Holocaust in Kenya were not widely circulated, in fact actively suppressed, but known of in Africa through 'jungle-comms' - the horrors of this holocaust puts an entirely different perspective onto Dyilo's actions.
A chance find of Elkins' book in a charity shop in Lisdoonvarna provides CHILLING insight to the PURE-EVIL perpetrated by Britain, and despite 'mountains' of victims' letters reaching UK Parliament & even Queen Elizabeth II.
The BBC Documentary is a heavily dumbed-down version of Elkins' book, and does not begin to highlight the horrors that Elkins' painstaking research uncovered – which research was severely hampered by Government policy of destroying all documentary evidence of the Holocaust – but, as with all Government policies, they are never properly executed – hence Elkins was able to uncover sufficient evidence.
The purpose herein is not to summarise the work of Elkins – but to put perspective onto the realities of World-Order and the effects of the ICC conviction of Dyilo.

Africa has been exploited for centuries and Britain's Kenya holocaust confirmed that nothing had changed mid-20th century.
This puts Dyilo's action into a new light – for, who would not, in desperation, recruit children to fight simply so as to protect themselves from similar holocausts in Congo?
Dyilo's conviction effectively says that children facing holocausts be Britain or other nations are denied the right to fight back – clearly a travesty of Justice from the ICC. Warsaw (1940s) ghetto was clear precedent for children to be used in self-defence, including offence against nazi oppressors.
Again, this is not to 'justify' either the Kenya Holocaust or Dyilo's actions but to recognise that Africans are being exploited (even today) and in desperation MUST resort to desperate measures. Ditto all un/under-developed nations.
The ICC Court Prosecutor & Justices MUST have known of Elkins' book (2005) & research - yet nothing of this came to public attention during Dyilo's 2012 trial. The only perception that the public gained was regarding the recruiting of child-soldiers.
Clearly then, Dyilo's trial was a gross miscarriage of Justice and raises the valid perception that the ICC is simply a stooge for Western nations maintaining corporate Organised Crime, aggregating to Economy Terrorism, in suppressing pesky peoples, driven to freedom-fighting, who are disrupting the West's plundering of Africa (& elsewheres in the World)
Yet, despite NUMEROUS demands by the writer for the ICC to prosecute corporate criminals for the use of EWMDs, the ICC passively sits-by watching corpOrgCrimes aggregate to global Economy Terrorism.
The ICC TOTALLY ignores the gross violations by European Courts in diminishing the UDHR through the duplicitous use of the ECHR convention (a CAH crime in&of itself) – it all presents as political games-playing by European & International Justices & Legals.
The nett result being that the supposed PROTECTIONS promised under the UDHR are in fact DIS-PROTECTIONS – hence un/under-developed nations are readily exploited by corpOrgCrime criminals acting at the behest of western nations; and backed-up by nazi military/police might acting as 'hired-guns'.
And, because the International & European Courts are diminished by the Justices & Legals, so too are National Courts diminished (corrupted & prostituted) by National Justices & Legals.
(ECHR 82527/17 CDA v Ireland is a case in point of Ireland's dishonest & corrupt Chief Justice refusing to rectify his own malpractice, simply because Ireland CJ knows that the ECHR court will not uphold the UDHR but duplicitously present the dumbed-down ECHR convention – this in&of itself is a Crime Against Humanity by the CJ & ECHR/ECJ Courts)
Again, it is NOT the micro-events of any corpOrgCrime injustices that are causal of corpOrgCrimes impacting at MACRO level, for micro-events CANNOT impact at MACRO level, but the POLICY decision of International, European & National Justices in allowing corpOrgCrimes.
Chief Justices have COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY and must be held accountable, but are not, they are wrongly held to be above the law, a law unto themselves.
Hence, corpOrgCrime criminals can wantonly distort Academia so as to 'legitimise' their otherwise fraud scams, all of which aggregate to Economy Terrorism through EWMDs - Nobel & Abel Foundations, Academic & Business Institutions, Royal Society, Royal Institute, Royal Irish Academy, Royal Dublin Society, and other suchlikes in all western nations.
And National Justices/Legals eventually wind up as European & International Justices – a system that is difficult to uncorrupt!
Which is why exploited nations MUST resort to inhumane measures simply to protect themselves & free themselves from severe oppressions & holocausts as occurred in Kenya, and continues to occur through mass EWMDs unleashed upon them by the West.
Developed, western, nations are purposefully refusing to Reward/Fund progressive Professional Engineering Research & Development into Socio-Economy Engineering – thus Governments are purposefully aiding&abetting corpOrgCrime.
The Rome Statute & UDHR (foundation of ICC Court) clearly allows the ICC Prosecutor:- to prosecute people utilising EWMDs; to give direction to European/National Courts to fully implement the UDHR (i.e. to discard the bogus ECHR convention), and to direct National Justices to uphold the UDHR and implement Justice (i.e. to discard 'secondary & primary laws that purposefully defeat UDHR & Justice – again, which in&of itself present as Crimes Against Humanity) – but to date the ICC Justices & Prosecutor are refusing to provide these PROTECTIVE measures.
Courts are supposed to be Courts-of-Justice NOT courts-of-boguslaw.
Which is why people like Dyilo, Putin, Xi-Jinping, Kim & others are forced to take desperate measures to oppose the West's Economy Terrorism with its inherent NAZI-HOLOCAUST horrors – all of which is maintained by the ICC's selective (in)justices.
The ICC prosecutor needs urgently to prosecute Richard Branson, Donald Gordon, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates; International Auditors (PWC, KPMG, GT, Deloittes, E&Y etc.), Academic Institutions (RS,RI,RIA,RDS, CERN), Bhopal disaster, Larry Silverstein for complicity/negligence in Twin Towers IMPLOSIONS, those behind the Kenya holocaust, etc., etc. - so as to give confidence to the World that Justice is REAL.

Realities of Emperor Putin's Landslide & Emperor Xi Jinping's absolute power

Definition: Nazi-state – absence of separation of powers with police-power supreme.
Ireland, an EU Member State, is a Nazi-state – what then of EU Member States ex-Iron Curtain????
The expulsion of Russian diplomats from UK, and with sympathetic responses from USA & other nations, as a result of the Novichok nerve-agent attack on a Russian ex-spy & his daughter, indicates the clear failings of the International Criminal Court & International Court of Justice – which Justice failings have MACRO socio-economic impacts upon the World.
History has clearly demonstrated how rejection & isolation (e.g. Hitler) of (a) nation(s) can lead to massive hostilities. It follows that prompt Justice measures need to be implemented whereby an allegation by one nation can be made against another for events such as the Novichok murder attempt, but within a pro-active International Justice system.
The Novichok attack has been grossly emotionalised because of outlawing of Gases & Nerve agents – but the Novichok attack was a singular micro-event, whereas Economy Terrorism are ongoing MASSIVE GLOBAL ATTACKS. This is not to 'justify' either, but to put perspective onto the realities of Economy Terrorism, against which Putin & Xi Jinping are reacting, and in relation to micro-events (such as Novichok).
It is irrelevant whether a complaining Nation, or an accused Nation, is signatory to the Rome Statute – the point is that a formal application to the ICC/ICJ demonstrates compliance by a Nation to Justice procedures and NOT to political emotives.
However, presently, the Justices of the ICC, ICJ, ECHR ECJ Courts are ALL derelict in their duties – none of these Courts uphold UDHR Rights, and EU courts specifically derogate UDHR (by violating Art 30) - consequently International Justice is entirely absent – the consequence of which is that National Justice is also absent – which is why corporate Organised Crime can flourish, aggregating to global Economy Terrorism.
It is through Economy Terrorism (again, aggregated corpOrgCrime) that even major Nations such as Russia & China are faced with western Economic Weapons of Mass Destruction (EWMD) – and it is because of this that Emperors Putin & Xi Jinping have sought to entrench their oppositional power bases.
Economy Terrorists using EWMDs are PROTECTED by Courts
but those using WMDs are prosecuted
It must not be underestimated the IMMENSE damage done by Jeffrey Sachs (Columbia Univ & Director, Center for Sustainable Development, The Earth Institute) when he manipulated Russia's post-wallfall socio-economy under the guise of positive reconstruction. Nor can it be overlooked that it is a near certainty that Israel (Real (lump of land in ME) & Virtual (diaspora)) was behind Sachs' manipulation when concrete evidence exists of Israel's holocausts against Palestine, its complicity in Twin Towers implosions, and massive global Finance frauds, etc.
Sachs' manipulations that allowed for Russia to be undermined such that oligarchs could steal State, Corporate & Private assets – and, near-simultaneously, with similar attacks on China's economy.
One cannot overlook the realities of Putin's manipulated power base, nor Xi Jinping's absolute emperoric power.
But, both 'emperoric' power-bases derive from self-protection against western Economy Terrorism (aggregated corpOrgCrime) – which will likely result in enemies becoming friends against each others' common enemy.
One can certainly argue the extent of validity of Putin's landslide election and the clear opposition to democracy with Xi Jinping's ascension – but one cannot argue the imperative need for self-preservation by re-emerging super-powers.
Nevertheless Putin's victory certainly confirms that a majority (at least 50%) are opposed to those against Putin - i.e. against western oppression which was felt severely by the Russian people being forced to sell household items to simply survive; even though much support no doubt stems from a century of communism brainwashing. Putin's 2018 win also reinforces the Crimea outcome a few years back.
In short the West (USA, UK, Euroland) screwed up immensely by allowing Sachs (& economists in general) to be let loose on Russia (China) - and to be allowed to advise successive UN Secretaries. Sachs' models/advices are massively destructive.
Again, behind Sachs is Israel - this is not to attack Israelis (Jews) per se but to highlight a minority Power that causes global chaos/disruptions – nor can clear evidence of Israel's atrocities/holocausts against Palestine/Arabs be levelled as 'anti-Semitic' – one must remember that Christians are also Jews (think about this!!!)
Iron & Bamboo Curtains are rising again – forced by western power abuse in the form of witting Economy Terrorism, whereas the West's forcing of rise of the Berlin Wall (US Dollar power abuse) was more unwitting.
How is it possible that western Justice systems can allow (for e.g.) McDonald's to gain so much corporate power through the sale of 'plastic' food – or Bill Gates to monopolise the World? – or criminals such as Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, International Auditors, to defraud the World? HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?
It is possible because of Judicial power abuse – by ignoring Cooperative Government (constructive & protective oversight of each Power over the other Powers)
Economy Terrorism is far more than just a nerve agent, and far more inhumane in its agonisingly slow Starvation Genocide death processes; whereas 'Novichok' & other nerve agents or poisons are generally far quicker, hence more humane.
Economy Terrorism is possible because the doors to Justice systems are closed-shut, barred, welded, bolted, chained.
Syria is just one instance of fallout from the EWMDs of Economy Terrorism – Syria is a conflict-point of opposing ideologies – which opposing ideologies derive largely from western Economy Terrorism – all of which has deteriorated into a slanging match between Putin & Trump (with western support) – e.g. BBC News, Victoria Live (April 13, 2018, c10h30) stating to effect that a response to Syria (allegedly) using nerve agents/gases was needed; and Putin's threat of retaliation to any western launch.
Trump, May & Macron lunching 'surgical' strikes onto WMD locations in Syria on Friday/Saturday April 13/14 'justifies' Putin in initiating a likewise 'surgical' strike threat onto the western (in)Justice courts because of the judicial complicity in maintaining western Economy Terrorism (which is far more deadly than nerve agents)
Reiterate: Economy Terrorism is aggregated corpOrgCrime – BUT, corpOrgCrimes are micro-events, hence these do NOT impact at MACRO socio-economy levels – therefore there are other factors that generate aggregated micro-events to MACRO socio-economic IMPACTS – this is caused by causal POLICY flowing from (in)Justice systems, whereby corpOrgCrime is ignored. Therefore the 'manufacturing' locations of EWMDs are western Courts – hence these are the legitimate targets for counter-retaliatory 'surgical' strikes.
BBC News 'ticker-tape' statements of 'Russia's lies & covers-up' are little different to UK, USA, EU lies & covers-up of Economy Terrorism and its resultant Starvation Genocides
This is self-evident as the Chief Justices of ICC, ICJ, ECJ, ECHR, Supreme Courts (UK, USA, Ireland, SA, etc.) and Governments & Heads-of-State REFUSE to engage with the CONCRETE EVIDENCE presented by CDADD against corpOrgCrime criminals (including: Donald Gordon, Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Alan Sugar etc.)
Ireland Chief Justice Clarke REFUSES to address Human Rights & Judicial Corruption violations raised through CDADD's R&D unless Clarke's (in)Justice Courts are paid money by the writer for Clarke to hear Human Rights violations matters – and Ireland Government refuse to pay the writer to allow him to pay Clarke's (in)Justice Court → ?????? → TYRANNY & OPPRESSION prevail!!! (Clarke could himself pay the unconstitutional court fees he demands to rectify his own power abuses)

The ECHR & ECJ Courts are COMPLICIT with permitting corpOrgCrime to flourish.
Governments & Judiciaries obstruct the progressive Socio-Economy Engineering/Science developed by CDADD – consequently Economy Terrorism flourishes.
[President Higgins has changed his mind about a 2nd term – but not his mind about his dishonesty & corruption in suppressing new Engineering/Science whilst also being a Member of Royal Irish Academy, an institution supposedly supporting & progressing academic work.
Buckingham Palace staff obstruct communications about the deadly effects of Economy Terrorism – hence QEII is rendered as a Terrorist!; because of QEII's COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY.
