Re Skynews & ITV sale/purchase – OBJECTIONS THERETO – CMA are WRONGLY being called upon to further ENTRENCH globalised corporate Organised Crime (corpOrgCrime)
Skynews reported (06July2027) that Skynews had agreed to a sale/purchase agreement, subject to CMA approval, with UK's ITV, of ITV's operation – Skynews spun the argument, to effect, that ITV & Skynews were individually minor players on a global platform of powerful Tech companies & others such as Netflix, such that the combining of the Skynews&ITV was justified so as to afford them opportunity to fairly compete – and implying, that a refusal by CMA of the deal would be disadvantageous to both Skynews&ITV, if not fatal.
CMA Executive are CAUTIONED not to be taken in by this seemingly reasonable but deceptive blurb - by a news channel that is notoriously pumping out false/inaccurate news, daily.
CMA's Responsibilities are viewable at above link – and include opposing Cartels & anti-competition, investigating 'entire markets', ….....
The reality is that the World has been taken over, Financially, Economically, Socially by a few individuals that control the major Finance, Techs & other corporates that have attained their power through Organised Crime (corpOrgCrime) – through application of defective science, that has generated purposefully bogus 'science', and all bolstered by dodgy 'mathematics'.
All this is further bolstered by Corporate Governance – which was designed with the express purpose of providing first-line Defence for corporate criminals engaging in Organised Crime (see links below)
The CMA is further cautioned to take note of the current Injustices in issues such as sub-postmasters, Lucy Letby & numerous other false convictions; the rampant 'cost-of-...' crises that is affecting every Nation around the World; the general Socio-Economic chaos that is generating hostilities around the World.
BUT, perhaps most notoriously, the FIFA World Cup, which was a MASSIVELY expensive World event that the MAJORITY of people of the World could not readily watch, because the SOCIAL game of football had become ANTI-SOCIAL to the majority because of inaffordability because of corpOrgCrime.
Not only are National Courts FAILING to provide Justice, but so too are the International (including ICC & Prosecutor) & EU Courts – wherein Court Admninistrators interfere & corrupt the Justice Processes, thus denying Justice.
It would be TOTALLY WRONG for CMA to approve this SkynewsITV deal
Instead CMA need to be aware of the realities of corpOrgCrime, and should be undertaking/calling-for an Investigation into how to fully disempower the corporate criminals, both those that actively develop/ed the fraud mechanisms & those that passively engage through unfair practices of utilising such fraud mechanisms.
It is not proposed that existing corporate structures be destroyed but that the structures be modified so that the source of Financial & Economic Powers are fairly, proportionately distributed globally to the Nations that engage with such structures – and thus remove the Financial & Economic flows to those criminals, and hence remove their criminal Powers.
In undertaking such as Investigation, thought should be given to determine what level of wealth any one person should be allowed to attain, beyond which that person is considered to be criminalised – which is not much different to differentiating between being in possession of a reasonable small pocket knife and a machete or samurai sword.
And, prior to even beginning an Investigation, an Amnesty should be offered to all persons who knowingly have ownership of, or effective control over any entity/ies of (say) $1Billion (as a start point), to willingly surrender their criminally gained Powers/Finances to an independent body (to be structured on fair bases, through UN)
Remember: Vladimir Putin's initiating of the war against Ukraine was ultimately premised on the West's gang-banging of Russia post-wallfall, by corpOrgCrime criminals.
Remember also: Governments have refused to engage on these realities - instead Public Money is spent on warfare.
And UK Parliament now blacklists the writer.
