pertaining to:
Collusions/Corruptions/PowerAbuses/Treasons by Ireland Judiciary – with Global CONSEQUENCES

As Ireland President there is an OBLIGATION, DUTY for you to ENSURE that elected and appointed Officials abide by Just Laws.
You have been informed that Ireland 'Chief Justice'/Judicial Hitler Donal O'Donnell, along with Supreme Court Registrar John Mahon, have perpetrated Crimes Against Humanity in that they connived & contrived to criminally obstruct a Lawful Justice Service Process of Court Papers (in ICJ, ICC&Prosecutor, ECJ & ECHR Courts) on O'Donnell (in both official & personal capacities) in the Supreme Court on Dec2,2025 – and that O'Donnell & Mahon contrived to have a garda sergeant criminally interfere with that process, and to arrest & charge the writer, and later to perjure himself. That O'Donnell Treasonously extended Judicial Authority onto Mahon so as to effect the crimes.
And later for a DCC Judge John Hughes & other Judges to collude with this criminal interference.
Further that since the criminal interference was by appointed officials that the crimes becomes Treasons Against Humanity
You are also fully aware that the Judicial Council (JC) have been informed, and that the JC have failed to address the issue.
You, as Ireland President, has also FAILED to address O'Donnell's & Mahon's CRIMES (personal capacity) - and - TREASONS (official capacity) – both AGAINST HUMANITY, the Constitution & CommonLaw
It is reiterated that the Nuremberg & Tokyo War Crimes Trial established International Law that renders 'following orders' (which includes unreasonable restrictions through Public Office – in your case: the Presidency)) and that by FAILING to address the Crimes/Treasons by officials it is in itself a TREASON AGAINST HUMANITY by yourself, as that FAILURE is INDIRECT COMPLICITY in the original Treasons by those officials – c.f. one bank robber having a gun, then ALL are engaged in armed robbery.
Clearly Ireland's (In)Justice system is rotten throughout, corrupt & collusive, and based on Nazi Ideology (as PROVED in previous Open Letters, links above)
It is recommended that you visit DCC Courts by Phoenix Park and notice the double screens that are used, which block audible hearing of anything a Judge says – and the DIRECT CONNECTION of garda/police to Judges → Police State; but with a Constitution based on Nazi Ideology → a Nazi State with a Gestapo Force.
Note also the JUDICIAL ABUSES against individuals:- absence of DPP Prosecutor & denial of Audi Alteram Partem (Right to be heard) at FIRST INSTANCE; refusal by appointed Legals to challenge Judicial Power Abuses, inaudible voice of Judges, Detentions without trial, Judges assigning Medical skills to themselves when unqualified to so do, collusions & corruptions between & amongst Judges & Legals …...............................
In short: Ireland's (In)Justice courts are CESSPITS of PURE NAZI EVIL
Compare to another Westminster-derived (In)Justice system in Bangladesh – in a Dhaka Court on Dec1,2025 (as reported) UK MP Tulip Siddiq was sentenced, in absentia, to 2 years prison, over a land transaction. Siddiq dismisses (as reported) as 'unjustified', 'flawed and farcical' …...
But Siddiq ignores that Bangladesh's (In)Justice system, like Ireland's, derives from UKWestminster, which continues to dispense abusive (In)Justices – and which is getting worse because UK Government cannot afford Jury trials, because it has allowed corpOrgCrime to rampage for over 22 years (since the writer exposed corpOrgCrime), which has undermined Nations globally.
And both Ireland & Bangladesh have FAILED to address the centuries of imposed Injustices & Abuses, instead have increased those Abuses & Injustices.
With Volodymyr Zelenskyy's recent visit, media stressed, wrongly so, that Ireland is Neutral – Ireland is NOT Neutral - it has abused its position to exploit other Nations, including Russia – Ireland has willingly engaged in Socio-Economic Warfare despite having been warned by the writer over 20 years ago of numerous globalised Fraud scams in which Ireland was/is fully complicit.
Judges futilely put up physical barriers in courts that are totally inadequate, disregard any&all Justice Principles, including the newly formed JC criminally redacting the founding Bangalore Principles, collude with Legals to purposefully prolong matters to generate higher income (& likely kickbacks) – all (& more) of which massively increases Injustice Abuses against individuals, and the Public because corpOrgCrime is rampant.
You as President are obligated to call for O'Donnell's & Mahon's immediate resignations - and if their failing, to demand the Dail impeach both – and if their failing, to initiate actions in both International & European Courts
There are NO Statutes-of-Limitations for Crimes/Treasons Against Humanity
it is a Crime itself for anyone NOT to address C/TAH crimes,

It is reiterated: that the writer will NOT comply with any unlawful order out of a corrupt Nazi-based Court pertaining to the baseless issue arising from O'Donnell's & Mahon's Treasonous actions of criminally, treasonously interfering with a Lawful Justice Service process in higher Int&EU Courts – barring one circumstance, that being if the Garda/Gestapo are intent of incarcerating the writer then they need only phone & state to which prison and time and it will be complied with – BUT, from that point a HungerStrike will ensue until such time as O'Donnell has resigned, or reformed AND O'Donnell or successor agree to prompt Appeal on SC158/17 – this action is chosen because the alternative: UDHRPreamble: ' ….Rebel ...' means, by necessity, armed violence to eliminate oppressors, as the oppressors criminally utilise arms.

brief history: 2017 - over 20 criminal frauds by others (subornations, child groomings, adolescent groomings, adult groomings so as to effect frauds; judicial collusion & corruption, etc., etc., etc., ...), for which each crimcase has a civil case, thus at least 40 cases – Supreme Court Leave2Appeal (SC158/17) baselessly rejected Dec2017 – Chief Justice changes to O'Donnell, who allows L2A (2021), including any matters relevant (i.e. 40+ matters) – but O'Donnell baselessly rejects because word-count exceeds that for just ONE matter (but which is nowhere near word-count for 40 matters) & other baseless rejections whilst ignoring child groomings & numerous other crimes – thus it is clear O'Donnell is covering-up numerous criminal issues including within Judiciary – writer progressively serves ICC, ICJ, ECJ, ECHR Court papers on O'Donnell over 14 month period, for Treasons Against Humanity – O'Donnell gets angry and eventually unlawfully, criminally, treasonously interferes with a lawful Justice service process of ICCProsecutor papers on him (O'Donnell) in SC Court - O'Donnell connives & contrives with SC Registrar Mahon to have garda (gestapo) arrest writer (Dec2,2024) – 12 months of Nazi style abuses follow – which is ongoing ….......
