Re: My Reply to: Reply from ICC Public Prosecutor Re: COMPLAINTS (sent under separate correspondences but being interlinked issues) vis:
1. Systemic & Systematic Inhumane Failings of 'Human Rights Protections' - Purposeful gaps, NO!, CHASMS in Justice Systems → CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY ON A GLOBAL SCALE
2. Complaints and call for Recusal/Removal of Judges and for Criminal Investigation/Prosecution; Unlawful Motion for Detention without Trial; Call for Referral to Supreme Court; Crimes Against Humanity by Ireland Government & Justices; Recusal & Removal from Office of CFC Court Judges Ryan, Murphy, Berkeley → Crimes Against Humanity; Criminal fabrication of 'evidence' & under Oath, defacing of Court Documents, etc. - call for investigation & prosecution.

In reply to Reply from ICC Prosecutor Office I confirm my submissions to the ICC Prosecutor Office and request URGENT investigation & prosecution off issues submitted.
In terms of Rome Statute - Articles 13.c & 15.1:
Article 13 Exercise of jurisdiction: The Court may exercise its jurisdiction with respect to a crime referred to in article 5 in accordance with the provisions of this Statute if:
13.c The Prosecutor has initiated an investigation in respect of such a crime in accordance with article 15.
& Article 15.1 The Prosecutor may initiate investigations proprio motu [on own motion/initiative] on the basis of information on crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
I have submitted a brief & concise outline of various & numerous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY (see copies below) which are perpetrated INTENTIONALLY, SYSTEMICALLY & SYSTEMATICALLY on a GLOBAL BASIS such that various & numerous groups of peoples are experiencing severe socio-economic hardships including STARVATION GENOCIDES -
- and all derived from gross PURPOSEFUL FAILINGS by various & numerous western nations, including the Republic of Ireland -
– in that Governments: Cabinet, Parliament, Justice, Police, & various & numerous State Authorities & Officers purposefully fail to protect society by failing to implement the necessary & basic Legal protections as provided by Local, National, International Law.
Such that a general circumstance of corporate Organised Crime is unlawfully protected by State Officers such that these crimes aggregate to local, national & international Economy Terrorism
In short National Justice Systems, and Justices who preside over same, are PURPOSEFULLY abusing their Authority positions such that Courts invoke INTENTIONAL raw despotic Power abuses which result in local, national & international abuses aggregating to CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY – these abuses are set out in previous correspondence (copies below) – and to which Governments have been fully & repeatedly informed
In the circumstance I can confirm my submission to the ICC Prosecutor and request URGENT investigations & prosecutions into same issues.
